I've been to many AMC theaters around the country for many of years. I've been a stub member for 10+ years. I have never had a level of disrespect for an AMC like I received. We just left chuck e cheese and decided to come over to AMC to watch Adam's Family. We brought over leftovers with us and the toys they got. The employee made us throw it away. This is beyond different than any AMC I have been to. Other locations let you bring it in as long as its leftovers and toys.. it's not like we brought a whole pizza in. One of my sisters is a amc employee at a different location and the same guy who made us throw food wouldn't let us go to the concessions stand to get her employee passes even when the manager of this location told us to. We pushed our way through anyway. The cupholders are so nasty filled with water. We had to watch the movie in light. Not worth the money we paid for concessions and for the 3 other tickets. This location is one of the worst I have ever seen. I will not be back to this location and will tell everyone i know not to come here. This AMC is not worth the money you spend. DO NOT COME HERE . NOT WORTH YOUR MONEY

This Theater is nice, kept clean with recline chairs. They even have a Bar and plenty of seating to wait for friends. The Wicked Glinda Pink Drink was good but surprisingly they charged $20 each for them! Too expensive for what you get in my opinion. The Popcorn was not fresh. It was likely the time of day with not as many going but still it should be fresh for everyone, every time a movie is showing. AMC makes plenty of money and Popcorn is so cheap to make! They can afford to throw the stale popcorn out. Bring something warm to cover up with since the theater as expected was cold. AMC, seriously why did you stop showing the names of the movies showing in each theater???? That is so confusing! We were looking for Wicked and another person I spoke to was looking for her movie and we both had to go back and ask the associate at the popcorn which theater to go to. So, be sure to ask what number theater your moving is showing in so you are not wondering too;) That is what I will be doing next time! Lots of great movies coming next year! Looking forward to seeing Wicked 2 most of all! Enjoy your movie! šŸ’

Showrooms are huge, seats are spacious, lots of leg room in between rows, will never again be bother during a movie with people walking during the show. Bring you a blanket, leather seat recliners make you feel at home. This location has a bar as you enter the cinema, can't miss it, not required to purchase a movie if you just want to have a drink or two. I recommend getting the AMC app, I purchase my tickets and seats two days before the show, super easy to use. This cinema is definitely my favorite, AMC Stones River is my go to cinema from now on!

This place went down hill quickly. We pre reserved our tickets (2 adult and 2 kids) today and even with the 25% matinee ā€œdiscountā€ we spent $80 (this includes 2 large drinks and 1 large popcorn). I get it. Today’s economy sucks. Everything is expensive. That wasn’t even my actual complaint. The place was gross and sticky- granted, I get it. It’s a theater. But, the seats had dark head stains/wear, which made it kind of unappealing. The first bathroom had no working soap dispenser and a sign that just said ā€œoh sorry, no soapā€. Gross. Go buy a $1 hand soap for your customers and specifically your employees. This was the bathroom closest to the ONE concession stand. As I left, I watched an employee literally wipe her hands on her pants and leave (after using the restroom). There is absolutely no decent flow to the concessions. So they give you this great option to pre reserve your food and drinks but yet still have to wait in line? God forbid you actually go onto the side or the ā€œpremiere lineā€ to bypass the 40 people in line, you’re asking for a beating from all the glaring eyes thinking you’re cutting in front of them. The ā€œpickupā€ section had nothing there and waiting for pickup. The bathroom next to the theater had no paper towels. BUT yay, working soap. šŸ‘šŸ»šŸ˜‘ 3 drink machines- 1 was entirely not working. The other 2 were out of almost everything (Coke, Pibb, Lemonade)…so then we had to stand BACK in line to let them know the machines were not working and/or depleted. After telling the staff member the problem, I was given a totally dumbstruck look. I asked for a solution. She couldn’t provide me an answer to when the machines would be working again and couldn’t get me a drink. I had to go out half way thru the movie to even fill my drink (after giving them enough time to fix it). It’s no wonder people sneak in their own drinks. šŸ¤¦šŸ»ā€ā™€ļø and when it’s $10 a drink. Charged for a service you can’t even provide. We went back during the movie to ask for a refill on the popcorn to find the line for concessions almost out into the lobby. The choice was either stand in the line and miss the next 30 min or just give up. Again, spending this amount of money and adverting free refills… šŸ™„ I don’t blame the poor kids working. They were clearly understaffed and overwhelmed. I blame poor management and massive company greed. To be charged $80 for a pathetic ā€œexperienceā€ is unacceptable. Get your crap together and clean the place, AMC. Stop charging people asinine rates and not come thru with providing even adequate service in return. Thankfully, we have a better theater in Smyrna and will be attending there from now on. The whole experience was uninviting- even down to weirdly hidden entrance. To add- another customer and I were talking while in line for 40 min and he commented this was the worst theater he’d ever been. I couldn’t have...

I recently had the pleasure of experiencing the kindness and helpfulness of Jase and Brandon during a visit to the local movie theater. Their exceptional customer service and willingness to go above and beyond left a lasting impression on me, making my moviegoing experience truly memorable.

From the moment I entered the theater, Jase and Brandon were attentive and accommodating. They greeted me with warm smiles and genuine enthusiasm, creating an inviting atmosphere right from the start. Their friendly demeanor immediately put me at ease, setting the tone for a fantastic evening at the movies.

Upon entering the auditorium, I encountered an issue with my seat. It was located in an inconvenient spot, obstructing my view of the screen. Sensing my frustration, Jase and Brandon sprang into action. They quickly assessed the situation and went out of their way to find me a better seat, ensuring that I could fully enjoy the film without any hindrances. Their efficiency and problem-solving skills were truly impressive.

Moreover, Jase and Brandon demonstrated a genuine passion for their work. They displayed an extensive knowledge of the theater's offerings and provided valuable recommendations for upcoming movies. Their enthusiasm for the industry was infectious, and it added an extra layer of enjoyment to my overall experience.

Throughout the evening, Jase and Brandon were always present, making sure that the theater was clean and well-maintained. They promptly addressed any issues or concerns raised by other moviegoers, ensuring that everyone had a comfortable and enjoyable time. Their professionalism and dedication to providing excellent service were evident in every interaction.

In addition to their exceptional customer service skills, Jase and Brandon's teamwork and coordination were commendable. They seamlessly assisted each other, ensuring that every aspect of the moviegoing experience ran smoothly. Their cooperation and efficiency created an efficient and welcoming environment for all patrons.

In conclusion, Jase and Brandon's assistance in the movie theater surpassed all expectations. Their outstanding customer service, problem-solving abilities, and passion for their work made my visit truly remarkable. They are shining examples of how exceptional service can transform an ordinary trip to the movies into an extraordinary one. Kudos to Jase and Brandon for their outstanding efforts and for making a positive difference in the movie...

My wife and I just went and saw Ant Man and Wasp here (theater 2)

Tried to buy tickets online first and was forced to choose between three different membership packages before I could get my tickets. Ended up just getting them at the theater to avoid making an account. Once we got there, there was no teller but an automated screen to purchase our tickets, where we were once again offered to sign up for one of their three memberships.

Once inside the theater, the trailers began with a long commercial about - their three membership packages. After thirty minutes of trailers, they capped things off with yet ANOTHER commercial for their memberships.

Up until this point the screen was fine, but once the movie finally started it was so dark that I couldn’t discern between the colors. I gave the movie about ten minutes just in case the bulb needed to warm or we were just in dark scenes. But in comparison with the commercials for the film I had seen on YouTube and at home, I couldn’t shake that it was just too dark. I debated for too long if I wanted to miss some of the film to get a manager, thinking I’d probably just get ignored.

But I went out grabbed someone and brought them in to ask if there was anything they could do to brighten it. She immediately asked if this just wasn’t a dark scene (thanks for the gaslighting and the insult on my intelligence) before leaving to check into it. The quality never improved.

I thought that maybe I was just too used to watching my LED TV in the dark and that maybe projection tech is just too old.

My sister came here later the same day and paid extra for the HD screen and didn’t seem to think there was any issue.

This makes it really hard to even want to go to the movie anymore.

Big thanks AMC for your constant shoveling of your products only to be given a...
