Horrible experience. First I agree this is a family owned business and initially customer service will be great. We were greeted. Also asked what we did for a living ( assuming to know how much you could sell) My husband and I spent over $1000 for jewelry for my mother ( inlaw) and children. We were told the jewelry was real gold. Within a month the necklaces broke one from giving my aunt a hug and the other from simply clipping it together. The clasp just broke. My husband went back to ask if there was anything to be done. With the amount that was spent you would think he would have the customer service to fix the chains at no cost. Well we had to pay, which we did. The next week the chain broke again. Both of them. We went back once again and explained what happened and now they cannot fix both of them but with a charge they can repair one. I was absolutely pleased with the service I received from Jewel Rush. I had bought an Invicta watch online and needed it sized to fit me and when I came in the owner recognized my watch from across the room and said that’s a very nice Invicta watch, which gave me confidence that he knew exactly what he was doing.

I had tried to size it on my own with a kit I bought, but somehow managed to mess it up, and he fixed the pins the way they should’ve been, put them in incorrectly and helped size my watch to perfectly fit my arm.

When I asked what I owed him, he said it was his pleasure to help me and there was no charge but to come back and give him a chance to earn my business in the future Based on my experience, you can bet that the next piece of jewelry I buy or the next watch that I buy will definitely come from Jewel Rush.

Customer service top notch! The quality of customer service we received at Jewel Rush was something you just don't find anymore. Not only were they super friendly, but they also stopped everything to help us immediately. Our first experience with Jewel Rush was resizing a watch and they had that done for us in 30 minutes! We were so pleased that we went back to Jewel Rush the next day with a diamond ring we needed resized. They also had this done quickly within 3 days! Both pieces of jewelry came out perfect!!
