I enjoy this type of store especially since I can buy items needed to take care of my home and walk my dog;)
My dog usually finds a toy he wants also;) So they make more money by allowing him in there!
I could work at one of these since I know the store well. I did ask one associate about one item. I asked him if I could ask him a question since he was on a ladder stocking. He jokingly said, “You just did!”😊He then proceeded to ask me what I needed and quickly told me where to find such item:) I liked his response and quick assistance!
My dog found him some Fur-babies in a stroller and of course had to say hello and visit;) Then two lovely associates came to see all the precious little ones. They also received a treat and some tummy rubs. 🥰 I appreciate the fact that most of the employees are friendly, helpful and are able and willing to assist! I recommend going here for Garden Supplies! Holiday Decor, especially Christmas! Along with all your Plumbing, Lighting, Appliances, and all those other necessities in keeping a home running well....
Read moreThis is a mediocre store that has less then pleasant middle management. Jim who I think is middle management front end is the cream of the crop. Most day shift customer service are not very pleasant. The night manager is a witch. I pity those who have to work for her. She has anger issues and doesn't really control herself. She is a weak person that tries to use intimidation to bully people who she feels threaten her. She is not knowledgeable so dont ask her a question. She is threatened if you make her look bad. Kroger did themselves a disservice hiring her. But Kroger tends to have lackluster managers and poor treatment of their employees. Shop here if you are desperate but I would shop at Walmart, Dollar General, Target or Publix first. Just my 4 cents. Try Middle Tennessee, oh they closed that down because it was poorly run and those pesky customers were stealing everything. Kroger loves to bring in the big bucks for senior management but don't think they really care about the customers. Only the money they can...
Read moreThis is absolutely the most amazing Kroger I have ever been to when you walk in looking left to right from one end of the store to the other whichever end you walk in on it is freaking huge. There are so many products in the store then when it comes down to it they are close to being as big as a Walmart supercenter at this location maybe just a tad smaller but it is absolutely massive. I hate going to Walmart and I've never minded going to Kroger so if we can get the best worlds of Walmart supercenter thrown into a Kroger which is basically what they've done here, I think that would be amazing. The only thing that they like at this Kroger from being a Walmart supercenter is a automotive and a outdoor department. If they keep remodeling all the Krogers in this fashion Walmart you better watch out. If you have not been to this location of Kroger can I highly recommend you visit...
