Taco Bell — Restaurant in Murfreesboro

If I could give a zero, I dang sure would for this visit! I ordered through the app as I usually do. I placed an order for the Deluxe Craving Box and swapped a couple things and customized a few things. Got to the speaker and gave my name for the pickup. The person taking the orders stated he couldn’t hear me and had me spell out, my very common name and repeated something along the lines of Arya? I stated at the speaker that the order being displayed was not my order and he said, “I don’t know, just pull around.”He was extremely rude and clearly bothered when what came up on the screen was someone else’s order and I tried to correct him. So I took a screenshot and pulled forward. I showed the man at the window and he was nice about it. Thing is I could hear whoever tried to confirm my order, literally yelling from inside my car yelling through the guy in the window, “she ordered what she ordered I can’t help it just give her the food”. I asked what’s that guys problem? I just want to make sure I get what I paid for with my roundup. Also keep in mind, that I had already gotten my notification that the order had been received on my phone, but now I can’t get my account to pull up. Again I explained nicely with the man in the window that the name on the speaker was number 1, NOT my name and number 2, was not what I ordered coming in at 9 dollars plus change. I told the guy in the window that this was not what I ordered. He did say, “well you ordered that online and we can’t change it”. I said “NO I DID NOT!” He said that he didn’t know but to ask for a refund on the app and it would get straightened out and proceeded to hand me a bag of someone else’s food! All the while Mr Sassy pants in the background was yelling when I said but again, I didn’t order this, why should I take someone else’s food?. Mister Yip yapping in the background the whole time “Oh yes she did!”

The easiest thing to do would’ve been to cancel the order and make what I ordered as of there obviously was a glitch somewhere. Nope, they handed me the food I didn’t order, with mouth of the south in the back and a pretty chill dude in the window. He did also add the easiest thing would be to go online and cancel the order and go back around the building to pick it up. But this is not how this works!! What the heck? DO BETTER!!

I get home and there is absolutely NO record of me placing this order with the exception of 13.00 coming out of my bank account, keep in mind the order handed to me was 9 and change.

Call me a Karen, I don’t care, but when you order your food and go pick it up, you want it to be right without a problem.

Whoever the person was in the back yelling about the whole thing should be talked to and sent back through customer service course!! And I should get refunded for food I didn’t eat and ended up in my garbage can...

Go to this location not just for the great food but for the Amazing Above and Beyond Customer Service! 10 Stars is what they deserve!!!!!!!!!!

As for the menu, I personally enjoy getting their Breakfast Crunch Wrap, I add a packet of hot sauce and then enjoy with a cup of their dark roast coffee. Yummy! The Cinnabon flavor is quite good too! And those Doritos Locos Tacos! They are soooo good!

I saw a sign that they are Hiring. If you need a job go apply! I promise that you will really like your co workers and Managers especially!

The Managers deserve kudos for being kind, helpful and literally my saving grace when my vehicle broke down just as I entered their location. I was only driving to get medicine for a recent fracture. I had my dog with me too. I am so glad that If I had to break down it was there!

The Day Manager was so Incredible! She is very knowledgeable about vehicles! My car was jumped by her with her vehicle. It wasn’t just the battery since there was a bad smell and smoke, so the Manager and other associates and customers moved my car into a parking space.

She also offered to get me a tow and reminded me to contact my vehicle insurance. Thankfully, I was able to call my insurance for the tow. My cell phone battery was on low and I was in pain and with my dog, I had a friend pick us up after waiting for a couple hours. (Yes, we went through the Drive through since I was thirsty and hungry!) The Manager stepped up again making sure my keys went to the night Manager. I called and he talked to me about my car still being there and on the next call as it was driving away. I can’t express how grateful I am to these associates!

It was so refreshing to not have to ask for help. These associates saw a problem and went all in to assist me. FYI, my vehicle is now fixed! I will give kudos to that location too!

Angles are everywhere! Thank you again to the Staff at this Taco Bell! When I am healed I plan to return and personally thank you! I am truly appreciative for all that you did to make this bad ordeal the best it could be!

This was the worst experience at a fast food restaurant I've ever had. The restaurant was not clean and the service was horrible. I waited 10 minutes to place my order before I started to walk out. Then as I was headed to the door someone finally came to the counter and caught my attention to take my order. So I decided to give it a second chance and place to combo orders. They took my name and I went and got my drinks and sat down. Two people came in after me and placed orders and got theirs but I did not think anything of it right at that point because I had ordered off of the Pizza Hut menu. But after sitting there for 15 minutes I went to the counter and ask for the manager and the lady said I am the manager and I said I would like a refund this is the worst service I've been waiting and I still have not got my food after 15 minutes. Her response to me was I can do that really snotty not I am so sorry for that let me get that for you. So I asked for information for a local general manager or corporate and she refused to provide any of that information. I did get my money back but then when we asked how long it would have normally took for that order she refused to answer and said I've already given you a refund so I'm not going to do that. The question had been how long would it have taken. I was not asking for free food, however generally in my experience with this sort of service the manager would have comped the meal in order to maintain a satisfied customer. I will never visit this Taco Bell again and will be very leery of future visits to Taco Bell I will not give as much leeway. If I could write this place a zero or a negative 10 I would. 5/17/19....UPDATE. I recieved a call from corporate with appologies and told they were going send me comp certificates for food due to the poor service. 2 months later never recieved. Will discontinue all visits to this psrticulat franchisee. Corporate...
