For my birthday, my wife gifted me a gift card to Boro Health & Wellness Spa, and it has been one of the best experiences I've had. Initially, I scheduled a massage with Cat. Before my appointment, I decided to stop by and check out the facilities. Upon arrival, Jennifer warmly greeted me and provided a comprehensive overview of their various services.

The massage with Cat was nothing short of amazing. She expertly addressed some trouble areas in my lower back, providing much-needed relief. Following the massage, I spoke with Melissa and decided to try out Cryotherapy and the Oasis Float Tank.

My Cryotherapy sessions have been incredible. I've gone twice now, and each time, Maria and Jennifer were fantastic. They explained what to expect and kept my mind off the intense cold, making the experience much more manageable. For anyone looking for cold therapy for sore muscles or to cool down after outdoor work like I do, I highly recommend it.

The Oasis Float Tank was another highlight. I wasn't sure what to expect, but it turned out to be an incredible experience. Floating made me feel weightless, helping to decompress my spine and alleviate issues related to degenerative disc disease.

Overall, the services, knowledgeable staff, and pleasant atmosphere at Boro Health & Wellness Spa have been outstanding. I will definitely keep coming back for more. Highly...

Murfreesboro would stand to have more revolutionary businesses like this. They have the things that people are comfortable with (massage, saunas, sweat rooms, relaxing environment) but they bring it up with things that let you dip your feet into ever more relaxing worlds. Those things are float tanks, cryotherapy, and NormaTec. If you haven't verged out to the edges of relaxation, you must do yourself the favor.

These folks are top notch. Their float tanks are high end, their cryotherapy is something that if you have never done... your body will feel like a newborn. Their Kombucha is the best I have ever had. I buy the Painkiller (blend with CBD) Kombucha because it is all the flavor of cream soda but without the terribleness of what cream soda is!

Basically, give these folks your money, get some relaxation, but more than that get an opportunity to dive into aspects of yourself (floating) that you never have before... and keep these sorts of people in business because the city needs these sort of...

I started with cryotherapy - a nice chill to start. I’m told that tomorrow will be when I can tell the most benefit, can’t wait to see it. I then went to the oxygen bar in the relaxation room while I sipped on a delightful cinnamon tea. Next Cat gave me the best massage I have ever had hands down!!!! I have had many massage abroad and throughout the USA. I have to say none have been better than her! She is now my go to therapist! Next up was Rachel with a fantastic facial! She is very knowledgeable and will help you with whatever your needs may be. I finished my treatment with a visit to the sauna! I’m so relaxed and rejuvenated!
