Im normally okay with this place but i called my order in and told them i was i having troubles with placing my order online. Trey had told me im sorry you will have to call our 1800 office instead of just stating. Im sorry sir would you like me to take the order for you. That was only the beginning. After trey took my order after having to ask him to. He said delivery will be 30 to 35 minutes... okay thats a reasonable time and they did arrive in a reasonable time so i gave a 2 dollar tip i know not a big tipper but I normally don’t tip at all . So i take the pizza open it up and the pizza was half fast cut and i got original crust it looks like original but very flat and burnt on outside but really Dowie in the middle. My Peppers were dry and the garlic was chunky. I called to complain and the guy put me on hold for 6 minutes so i hung up the phone now after the fact of eating the pizza any way because mom has always told me eat your food never throw food away. I have never had such awful customer service. I ordered one pizza and a drink for delivery to my work which I have done multiple times and never had any problems. I received a phone call from an out of state number that I did not recognize, so of course I did not pick it up. I then texted the number and said can you please stop calling my phone. Their response was: Guess you don't want your pizza. I called them back and asked why she was calling from an out of state area code and she replied, "Not everyone in Tennessee has the same area code from that state." She then goes on to tell me "Your lucky you finally answered because I was about to turn around and take your pizza back to the store. I replied, "You know what you just go ahead and do that, and I want my money refunded ASAP." She replied, "Perfect." Just now starting to feel better. Last night I ordered a garlic Parmesan pizza and boneless chicken wings. While the pizza was pretty decent, there must have been some cross contamination or salmonella when it came to the chicken. I woke up at 5 this morning and got to have the lovely experience of throwing up and sitting on the toilet every hour on the hour from 5 til 2 this afternoon. While it was nice to lose 10 pounds, this wasn’t the ideal way for me. I finally had the energy to drag myself to the gas station and get some Gatorade and I’m starting to come around, but good Lord guys... I’m hoping it’s just food poisoning and there wasn’t a manager last night that persuaded an employee to come in even though they said they had the flu. I know what it’s like working in the service industry, and managers LOVE to guilt you into working even though you know you are sick and shouldn’t be around people, let alone food....
