Iād give 5 stars to my original planning appointment with Kathryn! She was great!She worked with me to create exactly what I wanted and when we were under budget, she worked with me to add some custom details. She stayed within my price range.
However, everything after that was a pretty bad experience. I will never be recommending them for closet install again.
If I could give Zero stars I would for ācustomā closets.
My fiancĆ© and I were shopping at the Fashion Place mall today and decided to go into the container store. The big, glass doors were closed, but many people were entering the store through them. We looked at the doors and they didnāt have anything posted on them indicating that you canāt use these doors to enter the store. We walked in behind a group of people. A tall, middle aged man approached us very aggressively, saying not to use those doors and āthey were closed for a reason!ā I said sorry and that we didnāt realize we couldnāt use them because many other people walked in before us and they werenāt locked. Another guy also said there was no signage indicating we couldnāt use them. The man then said āThereās signage all over the store saying that thereās no mall access!ā I looked around and saw the signage he was speaking of, none of which was visible to someone entering from the mall, only to customers coming in from the outside entrance. I said sorry again and told him that if we werenāt supposed to come in, we could just exit the store. He told us, as well as a small elderly woman, that āwe already did itā and that we couldnāt go back out and would have to exit the store through the outdoor entrance. This guy wanted so bad to go on a power trip that he told 2 girls and an ELDERLY WOMAN that we couldnāt just go back out the way we came in and we had to go outside into the cold and go around the entire mall to get back to our cars. This guy shouldnāt be in customer service. He was more concerned with teaching us a lesson for accidentally using the wrong door than serving customers. Simply...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreNot worth your time. We showed up and stood next to a closed door for a few minutes trying to figure out if they were even open. An employee walked by the door looked at us for a bit and walked on, we went around to the mall side to see if they were letting people in there, according to store hours they should be open. After walking all the way around to the other side to find those doors locked I called the store and the and after speaking with the "floor manager" he told us to go around the other side. I explained that the door man would not lets us in and I would rather not have my very pregnant wife walk all the back around i was told that it doesnt matter our circumstance that we cant come in the mall side and if the door man "Thinks" you are not there to shop then he wont open the front door. Maybe your door man should open the door and talk to people instead of assuming that people are just trying to get though to the mall. Maybe have him stand outside and great peopld. Door man wont lets us in, floor manager wont let us in, sound like they don't need our business. For a store that prides itself on great customer service wont even make an exception for pregnant women has very poor customer service. I found what I needed at Low's for half the price. Don't waste your time just go...
