Every time i have come to this location it seems they never have my size out. There was a sweatshirt i had asked the front counter if they had a size M or L when on the floor they only had out a Small and no other sizes. The girl said they had a bunch in the back when the other co worker proceeded to say “the back is closed for inventory “ in a very condescending tone. First of all, it’s hard for me already that i am not the skinniest girl to fit in a XS-S but for the worker to shut me down saying they can’t go to the back to get my size was outrageous and rude. After i spent over $300 at this store and have spent hundreds there in the past. I proceeded to ask if i could order it online now to my inconvenience i have to wait 7 days for shipping because they were either too lazy or rude to grab the right size from the back. I will not be shopping with urban outfitters after this experience. Not only did they make me feel bad about my size but completely inconvenienced me due to laziness. If you have inventory don’t do it during business hours. Treat your customers...
Read moreI tried to ask the guy at the desk a question and he rolled his eyes at me and didn’t respond😂 The store was mostly empty when I got there (maybe 2 people inside) in the middle of the day on a Sunday. I had heard UO was selling cute water bottles and stopped by to see, but didn’t know where to find them. I waited at the desk for about 5 minutes while one associate at the desk was on the phone. A male associate saw me walk up but was standing there listening to his coworker talk on the phone, which was totally fine. When he turned to help me, I asked him about the item and he looked at me like he was disgusted then rolled his eyes and turned the other way again. Haha! I’ve never left a negative review anywhere before, and I’ve never had an experience like that. I tried to be really kind and polite in how I asked the question. If he was a teenager I would’ve let it go, but he was a grown man haha...
Read morelisten, i work in the service industry too, and i never thought id be so frustrated with another service worker. i placed an in store pickup order for some clothes i needed for a trip, and was told in an email confirmation it would be ready within 24 hours. after no updates, i called and initially they hung up on me, so i called back to have someone answer the phone, and sit silently for a good 45 seconds before asking who was there. i inquired about my order, and she told me itd be around three days before i could pick it up. i contacted customer service, and one of those employees (named Kristy, UO give her a raise), told me she had no clue why they would tell me that. i get that we have bad days, but i dont think its fair to ever treat a customer like that. idk who answered that phone, but she shouldnt be...
