Silver Loft - Fashion Place — Local services in Murray

A customer of 4 years here, sadly, that will no longer be the case due to the lack of accountability and professionalism of the employee and the manager at the Silver Loft booth here at Fashion Place. Long story short, I purchased a snake chain from Kayden (I believe that’s how you spell his name) and at the time Kayden told me that if I kept or took a picture of my receipt and by the time something happen to my silver, Silver Loft will replace it at no cost. About a month later, my chain clasp snapped upon me waking up. I then followed the promise Kayden had told me and drove to Silver Loft, to my surprise, I was denied on the claim that was made and was offered a half off deal instead. I then confront Kayden with the utmost compassion and respect about his promise to me, just for him to tell me “I’m pretty damn sure I know what I said.” Seeing that he was getting defensive, I backed off and spoke to the manager who was there, don’t know their name but that had a nose ring; told them the same thing I told Kayden about his false promise, again, I was met with the same answer. To be clear, I refused the offer as I have felt disrespected and I can’t see myself support a dishonest business. I have loved Silver Loft since the first time I was there 4 years ago, I got a chain as my first purchase, I still have it somewhere. Ever since then, I only bought my silver jewelry from here due to the kindness and professionalism I thought Silver Loft had.

This review was written to act as a caution to double confirm what was told when you buy something from here but to also, raise awareness to treating customers who has support your business since you’ve opened at Fashion Place with a little more respect and trust. I rarely write reviews but when I do it’s because I was hurt due to the treatment that was shown towards me. The sales person misrepresented the cost of earings. He said they were $15 each but didn't communicate the flat backs were an addition $10 each. I also bought three silver nose rings for $10. I thought it was going to cost a little over $40.00 but it was $65.00. When I arrived at my hotel I tried the earings on and they wouldnt hold. I also put in one of the nose rings with three tiny stones. After two days 2 of the stones fell out.

When I came back the same sales person said I needed to bend the earings so they would hold, which he hadn't explained the first time. After figuring it out. The guy working today was the absolute worst!!! We waited for 20 minutes, while he waited on another dude, without even acknowledging that we were waiting. When he finally came to "help" we said we wanted to look at toe rings. Then, he wouldn't let us try them on!! I said I wasn't buying anything that I couldn't try on to make sure it fits.
