Broken Arrow Electric Supply Inc — Attraction in Muskogee

I own a business here in town and I came in needing a motor stater. I Gave the guy at the counter a picture of what I had and he brought back one that he said would work. It’s was 883$ first off which is insane but I was kinda in a pinch so I went ahead got the part. That evening me and my electrician were looking it over trying to figure out the configuration of the terminals because the instructions were garbage. After inspection noticed the part was Incomplete and decided we should just find one like the one I had and take this one back to try and recoup some of that 900$ that I just spent. They told me they couldn’t resell it because it had finger prints on it…. One guy told me I should just left it in the box…..how do you inspect something still in a the box? Stupid!!! They refused to return the part. Didn’t even offer to refund some of my money and do like a restock fee. They gave me an incomplete part and said it was gonna work turns out it didn’t work for my application . Now they are gonna stiff me with a part I can’t use. You’ll never get my business ever...

They have probably the best counter help in the area and are always committed to helping you find a solution every time I go to their store. If it's not in stock they can probably get it for you quickly from one of their other branches....
