GameStop — Attraction in Muskogee

I bought 6 games as new online, I received 3 new games and 3 used games with damaged cases and a used dlc code. I spent $215. I immediately took them to the store hoping they could trade some of the used games for actual new games. They didn't have them. I asked for a refund, I was offered $185. So because they sent me used games they sold as new I'm supposed to lose $30. Ftc complaint filed and had to call corporate to get a full refund and mail them back through FedEx. I will enjoy watching this company slowly die. It's their own fault. Please do yourself a favor and do not ever buy new games from gamestop or used games you want to have a case for in your collection. Just stick to Walmart and Amazon where you get real customer service without the false advertising and weaseling employees. If you want used games Ebay is the only way to go as you know what...

This past Friday before Christmas, I went there on behalf of my 10 yr old grandson. He ask for a Iron Man 2 Xbox 360 game I don't play video games and didn't even know where in the store to start looking for the game. With the help of a young man from my job I got the game. They were so busy. Yet the young man who checked my purchase out was very helpful. Gave me a discount so I was able to buy two games for my grandson. That was my first visit to that store. I saw a lot of stuff I collect like toys and action figures and statues and games of a slower nature like Monopoly and Risk. I will in the coming future be doing business with them again. It may not be for a video game but they will get business...

This was the only GameStop near me (Van Buren AR) to have any pokemon shiny legendary codes left on day one of the week long event. This is because they were the only ones to limit all the scalpers by adhering to a one code per person rule. Much appreciate the staff for doing that and being so friendly to us! Had a great trip there with my daughter that did not end in disappointment. Wish this GameStop was closer to me or I’d shop here...
