Horrible service by hostess and manager, Cory Casper. The hostess sat us down, we were the only ones there at first. We waited 20 min with no acknowledgment. My husband finally got up and said something to one of the waitresses standing in the back. Our waitress came and said she was sorry for the wait and that the hostess never told her she seated us. My husband then asked if we could have some sort of compensation for the long wait and asked if a beer could be comp’ed and he asked her if that sounded fair and she agreed and said yes. The whole time we waited the hostess and also the manager Cory walked by our table and looked several times but never acknowledged us or mentioned that our waitress would soon be with us. Again it wasn’t till my husband asked for service before we got our waitress. The waitress was good, the food was good but when our bill came and the one glass of beer was still on the check she said she needed to check then Cory the manager came and questioned us and we explained what happened. He was very rude and refused to comp one beer because everything else was good and the reason the waitress did not come was because she was busy in the back.it didn’t matter that he and the hostess both knew how long we waited and tried to say it was 5 min when it was 20 and then when we explained that we asked the waitress when we ordered if it was a reasonable request to be comped for at least 1 beer and she agreed, Cory basically called us liars. There were 4 of us sitting at the table and when asked if it wasn’t worth the cost of a beer $7 to keep a customer happy he replied no. Read moreWe had breakfast here and it was okay, my husband and I came back for lunch and drinks later in the day. I got chicken wings and they were amazing! Unfortunately I found glass in my chicken wings. I'm not one to make a big deal about anything and I hate leaving reviews that are not beneficial to the establishment. However, I think i was just stunned by the lack of care. I told the manager Angelia, just so she knows and to have the kitchen be careful as I would not want that to happen to anyone else... I felt it while eating my chicken wing, I thought it was a piece of bone broken off but to be sure i spat out what I the foreign object and it was glass. I don't feel anyone else would have been as chill about it as I was. I guess an apology that it happened would have been nice at least. Her response was "that's weird, I'll let the kitchen know"..... He did exactly as promised when he said he would follow up with my issue. Excuse him out of this review Please ensure when you are charging someone's debit card, that your employees are trained enough to not charge someone's room without their knowledge. Never once did I ask for a charge to my room- it's like the entire staff was blown away that someone paid with a debit card. I was double charged to my room and to my card and out of the 7 people I spoke to about it, none of them were competent enough to both find or correct their error. I had to tell 7 different people the same story AND sent them my credit card proof that they charged me multiple times, and yet it still took them an entire day to follow up. KEEP ALL OF YOIR RECEIPTS if you pay with a debit card instead of your room for this place because they have no clue how to properly process...
