Okay let me just set the scene. You walk into an lobby with a beautiful view of the beach and you turn to get yours keys to your room and are greeted by smiling faces. After getting your keys you go to your room. As you open the door to your room it feels like an entire apartment. After you settle into your huge room you go down to the market in the lobby and you are greeted by Kiara behind the counter. She shows a smile on her face and shows you that she cares. I booked this for a trip for me and my wife for our one year anniversary vacation and the same day of booking my card was charged for 192 (even though I chose pay at location booking), I called the hotel asking why this happened and they could not give me a response, got the booking.com rep to call the hotel and they told him even though we got direct confirmation from the bank that this hotel charged my card they refused to admit fault and told booking they would not refund my card or credit the card because it was not their doing when all sighs even the financial institution showed it was them. Horrible customer service, horrible work on their part. After all of that my bank called to state they were again trying to charge my card 192 for no reason again. I was using this vacation to also scout this location to possibly purchase a timeshare but will no longer do that either....
