Art On Fifth Ave Naples, A Procaccini Gallery — Attraction in Naples

We leisurely wandered into the gallery one evening and started chatting with Carrie. There was one piece in particular we loved, but we were not ready to purchase anything yet. 3 months later, we came into the gallery again, and Carrie remembered us. She remembered details of the conversation we had three months prior and asked us questions about our family and about the piece we loved. About 8 weeks after that, we were ready to purchase the piece and Carrie was so excited to celebrate with us.

We have meandered through many art galleries over the years, but Carrie made a delightful impression. She valued our story, and wanted to help us find something that matched who we are. She remembered us, despite the fact that I said over and over “ we aren’t purchasing, just looking”. She didn’t treat us like a walk in, but rather like a client who just didn’t know what they wanted yet.

You have a customer for life! Service and care like that is hard to find.

My husband and I found a piece of artwork at this gallery and had an excellent experience getting it framed and hung in our condo. Michael went out of his way to locate the perfect frame for the piece and he came to our condo himself to hang it perfectly. The framing allowance which was included in the price we paid for the painting was very generous.
