I’ve worked with several realtors in the past, and I can tell you Matt is in the top 1% of the profession. And, I say profession, because that’s exactly what he is…a true professional.

I reached out to Matt about a year ago after finding him online when searching for a Naples real estate agent. I still recall my first experience interacting with Matt. He set the tone for the entire buying experience. He was very quick to respond to my inquiry and later that day we had a long conversation as I had a lot of questions about Naples and the housing market. I was immediately impressed with his knowledge of the area! He then followed that conversation with an email recapping all we talked about with some suggested next steps.

Matt was able to put me on a path that sent our family in the right direction. Knowing very little about the area, especially when it comes to the housing market, we were looking for a guide to help us make the best decisions for our family. Matt was very patient with us and took a lot of time to understand our family dynamics, our goals, our priorities, and our preferences in a home. He created a search for us that was very customized to our needs.

We planned a visit to Naples in June of 2023 to tour some homes and communities that Matt helped us identify as a good fit. Not only did he help us with our house search, but he made sure that our visit to Naples would include an opportunity to explore the best of what Naples had to offer. He sent us a list of all the things we might want to check out or do while in town: beaches, restaurants, shopping, and entertainment. A family favorite was when Matt discovered we had a common interest in boating, and he helped us find the best place to rent a boat to visit Keewaydin Island. This is a must do experience for anyone who enjoys boating and beaches!

After our June visit, we determined that as much as we love Naples, it wasn’t the right timing to make a full-time move. So, we pivoted to searching for a home that would be a second home. Our needs and preferences changed, and Matt was very patient and understanding as we took the time to discover what we really wanted and needed in a second home. At all times, we felt like Matt wanted what was best for our family, and he never pushed anything on us. We very much appreciated his patience and flexibility with us throughout this process.

We ultimately found the perfect second home for us, and Matt was fantastic throughout the negotiations, inspections, and closing process. Matt is very well connected and has been a great resource when it comes to finding service providers or contractors that we can count on.

I also want to point out that Matt consistently exceeded our expectations with every step of the process. I would ask a question, and he would answer it very quickly and always with a detailed and thoughtful response. Often, he would offer more than just a response to our question and point out things we hadn’t even thought of. Matt is the epitome of someone who goes above and beyond what’s expected.

Your visits to condos giving us FaceTime tours were extremely helpful….and your honest feedback instead of sales pitches was very much appreciated.
