I hired Chip, Michelle and Sam for a particularly unique city of Naples waterfront property I had that not a lot of people have knowledge of. They on the other hand, have knowledge and have marketed and sold several properties in this small subdivision. I first met Chip when he was working an open house on a listing that he had next door to me a couple years ago. He sat at that house for an open house every single weekend......Every ........single........weekend........Week after week after week. Tenacious. That particular house was a really tough sell with many illegal build outs. It was the sheer determination and upbeat attitude that Chip has that made me know without a doubt that if I ever were to sell one (of my two) properties I had in Avion Park, it would definitely be their team.

Sure enough a day came along that I decided to sell what was a unique floor planned three story old Florida style home in a waterfront subdivision hardly anyone heard of. Tough enough, also Behind Naples airport to boot! Houses in Avion Park didn’t used to sell very fast until Chip got into the mix. This house also had a family (tennants) living there at the time, which sure didn’t make showings any easier either. I could go on and on about how responsive they are as a team, how courteous they are, their constant open availability to clients, their professionalism but I can’t give a higher praise than to simply say they get the job done. They simply deliver 110% all the time.

That house sold in I think 98 days. Probably a record listing / sale time for Avion Park. I’ve bought and sold a lot of properties over 38 years in Naples. I’d hire them again in a second.
