While on a two week vacation with my girlfriend. She visiting her daughter and me my son. We wondered the 5th Avenue Shops of Naples for a day. Back of the Bay Naples is by far my favorite store! I love it so much I’ve been there 3 times. The first time my girlfriend was on a very important business phone call and unable to go inside. As a result, a few days later we decided to go back. I purchased a few skorts and a couple of tops that day. Barb my sales associate had shown me a cream colored skort exactly like a blue and white one I was purchasing. I decided to pass on it and days later, started regretting the decision. I decided to go back down there, this time with my son. I called ahead that morning and spoke with Jackie to see if they still had it. She and her associate Sharon hunted the store and could not find it anywhere. My son and I decided to make the trip down there anyways to look for ourselves. I hunted the store and so did my son. We could not find it anywhere either! I think everyone involved begin thinking I’d lost my mind. Just as we were getting ready to leave. Sharon found the one and only blue and white one left in the store. But non of us could find the cream one. We all decided I’d be better off calling Barb the next morning and have it shipped free of charge directly to me. If it hadn’t been sold yet. My son and I left the store empty handed. We were halfway home. When my cell phone rang. It was Back of the Bay calling me to inform me. They had found the skort. I wondered, how did they get my number? They had gone through the caller ID to retrieve my phone number from my call earlier that morning. Now that is what I call customer service! Needless to say, we turned around to go get it. Thank you to all the sales associates. I LOVE MY...
Read moreI’m giving you a low rating because of what I have heard from a friend. She came in for a job interview and normally job interview are 15-30 minutes and this one was 4-5 hours. They meet her and had her stay 5 hours. They didn’t really interview her. They made her do like training for the job like she had the job that day. They made her help with the dressing room and had her put clothes away and organize the shelves. She was helping customers as well. It’s been 2-3 weeks since the interview/ training and she never got a call back and she got another job somewhere else. There a law that if someone is working then they are supposed to be payed for there work and she wasn’t payed for her work. They used her for free labor and that was wrong of the store. They need to call her and be respectful and tell her she wasn’t right for the job then thank her for the time. Then they also need to pay her for the labor she did because no one does it for free. They said it was an interview but really they didn’t want to pay someone to work so there calling them interview so they don’t have to pay a worker. She should at least get what it says they would get on the part time flyer. The flyer says at Les $22 and hour and she work 4-5 hours that day so she needs her money she needs $88-110 dollars from them by law because she worked and I don’t think they will do it. DO NOT SHOP OR GO TO A INTERVIEW AT THIS PLACE THEY MAY RIP YOU OFF ON PRICE AND TELL YOU FALS INFORMATION JUST FOR THEM TO USE YOU BECAUSE THEY DON’T WANT TO PAY SOMEONE WHO ON THE...
