If I could give ZERO stars, I would. I was SO excited to shop at this location as it’s closer to my home than the Green Hills & Opry Mills location & I simply LOVE Sephora. A friend & myself walked over from our workout facility to pickup a curbside order & we were RACIALLY profiled the minute we stepped in. The Sephora employee whispered into her headset “watch out for those two as they fit the profile of people who like to steal perfume.” This statement was completely unprofessional & disheartening to hear. Read moreCame after work close to 6:30pm as this is the closest location near me. I found the two employees working the floor to be extremely short and rude. The only person who greeted me with a smile was the nice young lady working the door.
The woman in the perfume department was literally on the phone the whole time, every-time I asked for something and said thank you she never responded, even up until I received my receipt! I was so taken back I even asked for her name (which I won’t put in my review).

I was watched as if one of the associates thought I was going to steal. So much so I had to tell the associate that I know I don’t have on makeup but I still shop a lot at Sephora. For this to be a new store there was clearly no training on shrink or diversity inclusion.
