I didn't know such an unhelpful and anti-customer service business would still be in business. This was my very first visit to this store. I could not get any help locating the items I came in for as the aisles were poorly marked and, from what I could see, there were no employees on the salesfloor. When I proceeded to the checkout area, after selecting some other items, the older cashier looked at me and my husband, addressed the cashier across from her and told her to switch registers with her. She then proceeded to tell another customer to follow her to the other register. I have no idea what we did to offend her. Neither cashier so much as said "hello" for a greeting. The cashier that ended up ringing up our purchase didn't even ask for ID, our purchase was age-restricted, and neither of us even look thirty. I produced my ID on my own, practically forcing her to look at it. She didn't even acknowledge my husband's. She didn't tell us the total. She didn't bag our purchases. My husband had to gather the items in his arms. She couldn't even be bothered to say "thank you," or "have a nice day." I did call the corporate office to advise them of this poor experience, but never received a return call. That tells me they do not care. I will never again offend this store with my presence. worst customer service by management ever. charged my card by accident and then “couldn’t refund me” just told me to wait a few day’s for the the bank to process it. i returned something with a receipt and they would not give me cash they put it on my card and then told me later it would take a week for it to show up. overall super frustrating and would drive extra mileage to go to a different world market. whoever the manager was on 2/19 around 5pm was not helpful even slightly and she told me “well that’s just how it is everywhere” but then didn’t do anything to remedy the problem. walked out with nothing and a negative balance that I’m just supposed to wait for now. everyone else that works there is awesome it’s just the one manager that should not be working in...
