Jam Time at Natick Play at the Natick Mall — Attraction in Natick

Stay away from this place. Went there 2 times, first experience was okay except the supervisor doesn’t care about anything except “party room”; I was arguing with another father because he was walking to the bathroom in his shoes and my kid ( who is 10 months, still doesn’t walk) need to wear socks and crawl on this dirty floor. He didn’t see a problem and as I said the supervisor only taking payment and preparing the balloons. The second time we went there and another baby was coughing, again, another supervisor didn’t care about what was going on at the play area! This baby was touching everything and couching into the air. As a result my baby became sick plus me and my husband the next day after. The baby island is very small, the toys are dirty . Need very deep clean! Even for bigger kids the place kinda boring , no slides , very low amount of toys. Plus there were 2 girls ( 13-14 yo) who were climbing above the tree. Like no one cares what was going on

We just had a birthday party for our 5 & 3 years old, and they had a blast! We went with "Simply private" option as there were 20 kids as guests. You get to have private party room and private playing space for 2 hours. They will prepare the party room and cut the cakes, serve the cake, and organization after the party (+ETC). It was a great help for us, as we were already busy tending other kids and families. Also, the play space was very clean and designed for ages between infant to 7 years. (This was a great plus as we had wide range of age of kids)

We were having a great time until they said the bathroom was closed. But someone accidentally went in there and everything was working fine, no problem with the plumbing at all. When my daughter had to really go the bathroom they said no. I asked what is wrong with the bathroom since everything looks to be in working order and it looked clean. They said it was unsanitary. So it is closed because it needs to be cleaned??? It looked clean... likely they already cleaned the bathroom and didn't want people to "mess" it up. If that is the case, there needs to be better quality control. And if it needed to be sanitized, wouldn't you do that before a scheduled party?
