Really delicious food, drinks, pastries, and cakes! So glad there is now a location in Natick mall!

Turkey & avocado sandwich was very good. Generous slices of fresh avocado and many layers of turkey, lettuce, and tomatoes. Even though it's only half it was very filling. Good quick lunch option!

I tried a slice of the mango cloud cake and it was amazing! The mango tasted so fresh and it was the perfect balance with the sweetness of the cake. Their whipped cream always taste very light and fresh too. I'm usually get their chocolate or green tea cakes for birthdays or parties, but decided to try something different and it was a nice surprise! Can't wait to try their other flavors!! I like how they have the small slices so you can try different flavors before deciding on a full cake.

Their roll cakes are also very good! I've tried both the green tea and mocha and both are great. The mocha has good coffee flavor.

I've tried various pastries and all are quite good. The pastries are frequently getting replenished, so you know it's fresh. They also have a heated case for croquettes and other savory pastries. The also have sliced bread that's super soft and smells amazing.

My favorite is the strawberry matcha latte! I'm a big fan of matcha and usually get the Starbucks matcha latte, but this is my new favorite place to get matcha! The matcha taste is much stronger and it's not too sweet like many other places.

There's a seating area with tables for 2-4 people, and one larger rectangular table for larger groups. So you can sit down and enjoy your food or have coffee/lunch...

Disrespectful Owner, Terrible Customer Service.

My family has been purchasing many pastries from this store weekly for years, including all of our birthday cakes. However, my recent experience has led me to decide not to return. The main issue is with the business owner, who I found to be rude and extremely disrespectful.

We reached out to inquire about ordering a custom cake for my son’s birthday online. Initially, they responded, but when we had further questions, they stopped replying. Knowing that my mom is acquainted with the owner's mother, I asked my mom to connect me with her. The owner kindly offered me a 10% discount, seemingly as special treatment, which I appreciated. However, upon placing the order, I noticed this same discount code was publicly available on their website. The next day, she messaged me, accusing me of sharing the code with others, because the code was used for another $300 custom cake order that day, and she claimed that they had never given out this code for custom cakes. She even threatened to cancel that order, suspecting it was from a friend of mine, to test how I would respond. I assured her that I had not shared the code and pointed out that it was available on their website on the day I placed the order. Of course I was offended and decided to cancel my own order. She didn’t offer any apology but instead requested an email explaining my reasons for cancellation.

The whole situation is ridiculous. I strongly advise people to avoid ordering...

Terrible experience - Completely unprofessional and disrespectful service.

I had a deeply disappointing experience with this bakery, and I would not recommend it to anyone, especially for important events. I ordered a cake for my daughter's birthday and received confirmation the day before the event that it would be ready for pickup. However, when I arrived at the bakery the next day, I was shocked to be told that I had supposedly called to reschedule the pickup – which I never did.

To make things even more frustrating, the staff not only failed to offer a solution, but also treated the situation as if it were my fault, refusing to provide any reasonable assistance. After spending at least a month finalizing the details for a custom cake with them, I was left scrambling at the last minute to settle for a basic cake.

The lack of accountability and professionalism didn’t stop there. Despite numerous emails and requests to speak with the store manager, no one bothered to respond. I was repeatedly told the manager would call me, but that call never came. I visited the store three times to resolve the issue, but every time I was given the same dismissive response.

For a bakery that charges premium prices, I expected much better service. They completely ruined a special occasion and then failed to make any effort to correct their mistake. This level of negligence and poor customer service is unacceptable. I would strongly advise against trusting this bakery with any...
