When my husband and I began researching new couches, we quickly determined the Lovesac would be a great option for us. We live in an apartment and are hoping to move within a few years, so we didn't want to invest in a couch that might not fit our new space. We love that the Lovesac can grow into whatever space we land in next, and that we can change out the covers easily, too.
We went to the Natick store to test the different fills and fabrics in person. I can not say enough kind things about Peter, Mimi and Anthony, who ALL went above and beyond to help make sure we were choosing the right options for us. I asked them a million questions, and between the three of them, they all had answers that made me feel confident in our decision.
Peter also went out of his way to ensure we got the best price possible for our couch, ensuring we took advantage of every sale and coupon currently available. After we placed the order, we had a few hiccups with delivery (at no fault of Lovesac -- all on FedEx). My husband must have spoken to Peter once a day for 2 weeks in a row. Every time he was calm, helpful and responsive. Having a main contact at the store made this process SO much easier, and has helped us to enjoy our purchase even more.
Good customer service and companies that have REAL PEOPLE helping you every step of the way are so difficult to find these days. The team at the Natick Lovesac store has truly gone above the call to help with every question and minor snag in the process.

Read moreCustomer service is becoming increasingly non-existent these days so it was incredibly refreshing to visit Lovesac in Natick and have a phenomenal customer experience with Peter. We visited the store three times during the research, decision, and eventually purchase stage of buying our new sactional and Peter was incredible through it all. He’s knowledgeable about the product, patient, extremely accommodating, and truly went far above and beyond to ensure we were confident, informed, and satisfied. I would strongly recommend anyone in the market for a new couch to pay Peter a visit.
The sactional components arrived within a week, it took us 4 hours to put together, and it’s absolutely beautiful and so, so comfortable. We chose lovesoft cushions, angled sides, and added a recliner and it’s amazing. The quality of each component honestly shocked me. From the construction and durability of the bases (and a lifetime warranty to boot), the thick, beautifully stitched covers, and the reclining technology, I’m confident that we won’t need to replace any part of this couch for a very long time. Looking forward to adding another recliner and stealthtech in the not too distant future too!

Read moreI've been asked multiple times to post a review before my product arrives. It's sketchy to me when a company wants an online review, seemingly desperately as they texted and emailed begging, before anything shows up.
The store is fine, a bit small. The staff are excellent and everyone I worked with was great and very helpful.
But how can I be expected to give a full review of my experience when my order has not arrived? I think it's a bit odd that a single sofa is coming in 10 shipments over at least two days. That is going to be annoying to keep track of and I'm sure there will be a lot of waste I'll need to dispose of. Having ordered our last sofa at pottery barn, it was less expensive and hand delivered and set up. The appointment was scheduled in advance so I knew when the delivery was happening. Here, I'm waiting on ten boxes to show up at some point over at least two days. Then I need to put it together myself and get rid of the packaging. And then was asked to review my experience before anything even showed up. So at this point I'm a bit skeptical but what I tested in the show room was comfortable so...
