I am deeply disappointed by the treatment we received from the security staff at the Wynn Hotel in Las Vegas. As someone with a disability, I was shocked by their lack of empathy and understanding. I was not able to walk fast and needed to rest for a moment on my way to check in, but the security staff after knowing we was not having reservation yet, they instigated to leave the area, citing that my nephews were in the casino. In reality, they were in the flower area. They continued very rude at times, making comments that made us feel unwelcome, when we ask to talk with management they ask us to leave the hotel.
The racist words and unreasonable request to leave the hotel make us feel targeted getting escorted to the parking lot pushing me to walk fast even the obvious problem for me to do it, one of them start recording us , Despite our requests for respect, especially regarding not videotaping us and the minors, from their personal phones, (the hotel has a cctv! For their records )they keep Ignoring us, the security personnel continued to film us, causing distress and intimidation in special to the little kids, Their rude behavior escalated to discriminatory remarks, making us feel unwelcome and targeted because of our race. Being told that they didn’t want “people like us there” was not only hurtful but also unacceptable.
I hope the Wynn Hotel takes this feedback seriously and addresses the behavior of their staff to ensure that all guests are treated with dignity and respect, regardless of their background or abilities. Trip type Vacation Travel group Family Service: 1 Safety Security people there over use the authority to profile guess and make us feel unwelcome unwanted and treated like criminals just for not accepting their rudeness and discrimination

Read moreI went to the Encore for my COVID Vaccination. Everything was extremely well organized. There were good signs directing you to the parking garage & people on hand that checked your name to make sure you had an appointment. Social distancing, masks required. You had to fill out a short form before you received your vaccination & you needed to show your Medicare/Insurance card/drivers license at the check in desk. There were several distanced tables in the Ballroom. The entire staff & nurses couldn't have been nicer or more professional. After the vaccination you could have a seat for 15 minutes to make sure you had no adverse reaction. They also setup your second dose appointment time. It all went like clockwork! 10 STARS TO THE ENCORE & UMC...
Read moreWent for lunch at Red8 at Wynn today. First restaurant experience since the March. The staff was obviously well trained on how to make guests feel comfortable during these times as we transition out of quarantine. Each interaction has been carefully thought through and modified to provide as much protection as possible. Masks were provided and temperatures were scanned as we entered the Wynn. Then at the restaurant, the menu was available as a scannable QR code or as a single use printed version. Once seated, the host provided sanitary wipes and a paper mat for us to place our mask on, as we dined. All utensils were delivered in a clean, rolled linen and sealed with a paper band. Food and service was great and we look forward to going...
