I came in to the store to inquire regarding the 007 edition seamaster watch. The representative was assisting other customers and I patiently and politely awaited to see whether I could try it on. Once the representative freed up he was helpful in allowing me to try on the watch. As I was trying the time piece on and debating the purchase of a $10,000 watch, a couple walked into the store, rudely interrupted my discussion with the store rep and immediately began inquiring regarding the time piece I was trying on my wrist, literally in realtime. As I politely had waited to not interrupt another potential sale, I expected to receive the same treatment. Instead of politely saying he would be with the other couple shortly, the representative completely shifted his attention away from me and began assisting them, even letting them try the exact timepiece on as I was sitting in front of it contemplating purchase of it. He even let the gentleman sit in the seat I was sitting in literally in the middle of me having questions about the watch and how much it would be out the door. I was appalled by this and immediately decided I would not tolerate such disrespect and mistreatment toward me when I am about to shell out 10k plus tax on a watch. I’ll take my business elsewhere. Absolute embarrassment and I have never experienced anything like that at any watch boutique whatsoever. Word of advice, when you want someone to buy a 10k watch from you, don’t remove the watch of the table as I am trying it on during a potential transaction and give it to someone else. The rep’s behavior killed the sale and I will not be...
Read moreI had an incredibly frustrating time at the Omega boutique inside the Wynn. I am a Watches of Switzerland regular customer and was referred to the boutique while I was in town by my local WoS. My local WoS has a Snoopy Speedmaster display/demo model (not for sale) so customers on the waitlist can see it.
My wife is a big Snoopy person and has never gotten to see a Snoopy Speedmaster before. I walk into this store with my wife and ask a sales associate if they have a Snoopy display model -- if not, no biggie. At this point, the salesman says yes, they have a display model Snoopy in the back, but no, I can't see it (why even have a display model?)? I try to explain that I was referred to this location and I totally understand the demand for this watch and am not asking for it, I really just wanted to show it to my wife. The salesman became visibly agitated and reiterated I would not be allowed to see the Snoopy display model, that it was reserved to be tried on by their "existing customers" only. I also try to explain I'm a regular customer of their parent company (WoS), and get nowhere. At this point my wife is embarrassed and ushers me to leave.
Absolutely terrible communication...
Read moreMy husband has been wanting a new Omega watch for awhile now. We went into the Omega store to look at watches. Hamid helped us with this request. He was wonderful! Explained the watches we looked at in detail. Hamid was very knowledgeable. My husband fell in love with one of the watches but we left the store without it. I contacted Hamid the next morning letting him know I wanted to buy the watch for my husband as an anniversary present. We were celebrating our 21st wedding anniversary and I wanted to do something for my husband. My husband is amazing and always puts me, our 5 kids and 4 grandkids ahead of himself. Hamid helped me pull off the surprise of buying the Omega watch. My husband was surprised and very excited about receiving the watch. I could not have done any of this without the help of Hamid. I wold recommend this store and Hamid to anyone who would like to buy a watch. I will go back here to buy the other watch my husband wants in a few years. They have a...
