New Braunfels MarketPlace — Attraction in New Braunfels

I actually really liked some places here, However, the property management company listed as Patrick Wiggins, seems to care an awful lot about the rent $$they get from the puppy mill retailer in his marketplace and called the police on protesters and who patronize these stores and then used public property to peacefully protest. They were told they couldn’t have their cars in the parking lot. Other tenants were also instructed not to participate.

I can’t support a business owner that gets so involved/controlling with the activity of their tenants and patrons. This is the kind of money-only mentality that’s destroying New Braunfels from the inside.

Perhaps instead of antagonizing your patrons, you could consider the better public relations move and not rent to businesses with unethical practices and predatory lending.

We love the selection of shopping here. Our favorite is the ohna poke place. There food looks amazing as well but have not tried them yet. They have bubble teas happy hour 2-4pm for $2 and the last two hours at night bogo on them 7-9pm that males them $2 each as well. The sea turtle is my fav, & the strawberry-mango slushie with the strawberry popping's is my daughters favorite. We love shopping at tuesday mournings, freaky finds our year round fav., the german bakery& cafe. The cookies and desserts are awesome to enjoy with a bubble tea next door. I went to this place on a December 2021 weekend. They have a great local stores with amazing vendors & products. The town has preserved the history of places with small cafes and restaurants. Positive atmosphere with great live music on multiple locations. Despite of ample parking spaces allocated, it can be little challenging to find a parking spot. Special mention to traffic police, making sure pedestrian are able to cross stress safely (implied very crowded market). Overall, a great place for day out with family and support...
