These past two weeks have been absolutely terrible. My grandfather passed and we were trying to save money doing his prayer cards ourselves. I took on the role. Then my 2 year old ended up in the ICU. I raced to Staples and bought pocket pouches to laminate them. I got home and the patches were not going to fit. It was an hour before Staples had closed and the funeral was tomorrow morning. Justin was at the printing station and I told him my problem. Justin was not only very helpful but also supper honest. He told me he would not be able to finish the job tonight, but could set it all up for the next person in the morning. I raced home and sent the file. Even after a few minutes after they closed Justin called me to make sure he knew the file came through and also had a back up plan for me just in case. The next morning i called and to my surprise Justin had come in early to work on it just so he knew it could be done. I really appreciated the honesty. Read moreI was borderline assaulted by the assistant store manager Ken , he took me behind the tech bench and screamed obsentities in full view of customers resulting in a panic attack so horrific that I had a mental breakdown in the stock room , resulting in me losing my full time job
Incident was reported to staples corporate they refused to take action . I was terminated from my contract position with 2020 as a direct result of Ken’s actions
I don’t feel safe at any staples and won’t do business in the future
Apparently reporting a safety issue is unprofessional conduct . 2020 Companies cares more about relationship with stapes than it does about associate safety
Would recommend not shopping at Staples in it’s entirety
