Mamas Bagels — Restaurant in New Milford

Aye t̾e̾r̾p̾y̾fam ya guy slid up on MB's to spin out on a beggel n see if this spot was legit, being a new yorker this is right in my wheelhouse.

The verdict: pretty good. Are they the best bagels I have ever had? No but they are the best one's around within a 30min radius, no question!

Will be back to do a proper vid for them as they deffo deserve more rizz... i mean a hot cheetos bagel!? Like cha'mon where ya going to find that? N they have salads and sammiches that look really fire too. The bagels are a good size and have a nice proof, not too bready and not too dense. Snd seeded on both sides (bonus rizz) My only knock is a need to tweak the boil just a bit so that crusty crust really forms when baked off. Outside of that these are a proper salty round.

Coffee is just OK, its a basic drip pot so cest la vie.

Mama's bagels catered the brunch the day after our daughter's wedding and did a magnificent job. They were courteous, efficient, accommodating, and lovely. Go for the bagels, come home with everything! I personally love the fresh bagels. Best in New Milford. And Mama's offers so much more than bagels.
