Delicious Pralines & Great Gift Shop in New Orleans Downtown Area! In my last trip to New Orleans, I stopped bt Aunt Sally’s Pralines. This charming little shop exceeded my expectations in every way, and I'm thrilled to share my positive experience. From the moment I stepped inside, the enticing aroma of freshly made pralines filled the air, instantly making my mouth water. The warm and friendly staff greeted me with genuine smiles, creating a welcoming and inviting atmosphere. The pralines are beautifully presented and offer the perfect balance of sweetness and nutty goodness. The texture is smooth, creamy, and absolutely addictive. It's evident that Aunt Sally's takes great pride in using high-quality ingredients and maintaining their time-honored recipes. The service at Aunt Sally's is top-notch. The staff members are knowledgeable and passionate about their pralines, eagerly sharing recommendations and answering any questions I had. Their genuine enthusiasm made the experience even more enjoyable. I also appreciate the attention to detail in Aunt Sally's shop. It's tastefully decorated, reflecting the rich heritage and culture of New Orleans. The packaging of the pralines is both elegant and practical, ensuring that they arrive home safely without compromising their freshness. Whether you're a local or a visitor to New Orleans, Aunt Sally's Pralines is an absolute must-visit. Their pralines are the perfect treat for yourself or a delightful gift for loved ones. The quality, flavors, and overall experience at Aunt Sally's are truly exceptional.

My company was planning a Area Director trip to NOLA, but unfortunately COVID cases had begun to rise, and so the trip was cancelled. My manager thought it would be nice to bring the Big Easy to everyone's home with a gift basket. I had requested information for about 20 gift baskets via the online contact form on 8/25/2021.Mary-jo responded back the next day and provided me with a picture of what the baskets would like (see below). My manager then asked about King Cakes. Aunt Sally's didn't carry them, but they offered to get them outsourced so the cakes could be added to our baskets. Mary-jo provided the shipping and costs for each basket and was just a pleasure to work with. Then Hurricane Ida touched down and we lost contact for a few weeks. Thank God everyone was ok and didn't get hurt!!! Then I rec'd an email from Mary-jo on 9/8/2021 saying they were back in business if I wanted to proceed with placing my order. I just couldn't believe it. The fact that the business survived the hurricane and still reached out to see if I was still interested just touched my soul. And of course I said YES! So with that being said, I can't say enough about Aunt Sally's & the staff. You definitely went above and beyond! All the recipients loved their baskets!!! The next time I'm in NOLA I definitely plan to visit in person. THANK YOU!

The smell of this store pulls you in…almost like those animated cartoons of following your nose to sugary heaven. I wish I would’ve bought something from this location because I made the rookie mistake of waiting to buy souvenirs from the airport. Learn from my mistake and just buy everything from here - you’ll save money and you’ll get to restock on the you’ve eaten, and can no longer give to people as souvenirs!

The praline was only ok. However they overcharged me, when I call to tell them that Im coming back to have it fixed, the cashier said I have to make it by 5 coz they close at 5 (I was driving on the highway when I found out about the mistake and it was 4:45PM rush hour), like it was my mistake and they don't have the decency to wait for me. Luckily I did make it back. The lady from the office said they have to ring it up again but I will only be charge once for the correct amount. I asked twice just to be sure but guess what I was charged twice and went into overdraft. Save yourself some trouble and go find a more...
