Craig Tracy Gallery — Attraction in New Orleans

Amazing gallery. I got to personally chat with Craig for a good 10-15 minutes about his work and little about his past. Genuine guy and down to earth. I had mentioned I've seen some work like his somewhere else, but couldn't recall who did it or where I saw it. Then I mentioned to him one of the pieces I had seen was body painting in the form of a fiat car. He smiled and said follow me. Took out a picture and it was the fiat car. He said they commissioned him to do that. So turns out all the work I had seen previously was his and not somebody else. I was amazed that I was actually meeting the guy that had done this work while years prior I was forwarding his work around to friends without knowing it. Completely unexpected encounter and had no idea he had a gallery in NOLA. Really made my day and for some good conversations with Craig. I would definitely buy some of his work, but I just don't have the spare cash to afford it....

Great place to go! Amazing body painting art done by Craig Tracy (judge on the TV show Skin Wars). I'm not usually a fan of artwork or paintings, but this artwork was amazing! We just happened to walk in the gallery to check it out. We were immediately approached by the guy that works there (Craig Tracy's brother) and he was very friendly and asked us if we had any questions about anything. The artist Craig Tracy happened to be there at the time, and he even paused to take a picture with us, holding the autographed artwork we bought and talk to us about what he does. We will remember this for years! Very memorable experience! Take the time to check...

The artist's brother, Philip, works there and is so patient and helpful. I wanted to get mute prints and he helped me reach a decision by helping me narrow the field verses "This is what you should buy" He was a great help.

I actually just went to look but I couldn't help myself. I bought one for a friend but they are so beautiful I could give it!
