A&D Towing & Roadside Assistance — Attraction in New York

My car wasn't starting for the past seven days and I was trying to get help to take out the car from my building garage to a mechanic shop. I am an AAA member for the last 10 years and I called them to help me to send a tow truck to get the car out of the garage. After too many phone calls they were not able to assist and I started looking for other tow truck companies locally. When I called this company, they were very helpful on a Sunday morning and I told them my problem I need a small truck to come inside the garage to pull the car out. They were extremely helpful, caring and experienced as to how to hook the car and maneuver it to get it out where it was parked and out to the street. The driver was extremely experienced and helpful in any way possible to help with the hooking and towing. I strongly recommend this company as they are very honest and they have the expertise to assist with your needs, especially in difficult situations like mine word not everyone has the experience of how to handle the situation. Let me first acknowledge that I may not be the most pleasant version of myself, pre-coffee, at 5am. Add to that, I had an experience with a different roadside assistance provider yesterday who wasted two hours, didn’t know cars, and literally told me it didn’t matter to him because he “got paid just for showing up.” I was prepared for an awful experience…

…and boy was I wrong! Mike showed up early, understood that my diesel engine requires a little more oomph (technical term 🙂) to turn over, came prepared with the right equipment, and had a genuinely great attitude. I was up and running in under 5 minutes!

Total game changer for my day....

Mike was amazing! I had a flat because a taxi man was mad I got to my families parking spot(we were switching spots) before him. He stabbed my tire, I low key thought he would ( trust your intuition) anyway that was 4am and I was ready for bed. I called Mike in the middle of the day on a busy Sat. I was upset so I ate an edible to relax, he got me right in under 5 minutes. So quick and efficient, kind and understanding. Mike if I have anymore tire issues (hopefully not!)
