America's Food Basket of Atlantic Ave — Attraction in New York

Unfortunately I don't remember her name but I did call recently to let a manager know how rude she is. She is usually at the 1st register early in the morning, has bleached blonde hair and it is usually in a puffy ponytail or bun. She just pushes past customers as if they aren't there when she is putting products where they go or doing other things in the supermarket. she is just as rude at the register, terrible attitude. Such a shame because everyone else is so polite and pleasant. The two older people who fill the bags are the sweetest but I think I'll go to another supermarket from now on cause no one should have to deal with someone like that while shopping or otherwise. Three stars because everyone else I have encountered is nice and professional. Bleach blonde is total bad vibes tho...sad

Update: 11/14/22 I really need to stop shopping here I just went in this morning and the cashier (Laura) is pressing all these buttons as I'm swiping my card and I had to do it all over again and then they have the nerve to blame their mistakes on you while the other cashiers just stare and whisper about you specifically cashier 2 the same one that's super rude and pushes past people like she doesn't have any sense she's usually at 1 or 2 so avoid her if you can. Horrible that it's the closest supermarket near me but I'll figure something out cause the vibes here and no good and professionalism is...

I have been shopping here for years and never had an issue till now.On Saturday I sent my teenage son to pick up a few items.I was on facetime instructing him on what to pick up etc.When he got in the house I found the amount of the bill to be quite high.Upon reveiw of my receipt my son was charged almost $30 dollar for 1 bunch of scalians by a cashier named Ercika.I proceeded to go back to the supermarket with produces,receipt and my credit card. When I told the young guy who seemed to be in charge there was no sorry but I will have to reveiw the camera.Your cashier made a very big mistake and then you try turning the problem around on the customer.After a bit of back and fault the money was refunded.As a black women please play with someone else....play with your mother I AM RAISING BLACK KIDS AND YOU WILL NOT ACCUSE ME NOR MY SON OF LYING OR STEALING .

This is my first time at this supermarket and I really like it ,it's clean,spacious and have an aisle for Caribbean food ,this is important to me. Their produce is fresh , and the workers are friendly, I would recommend this supermarket. Today I visited the supermarket and although the prices are not bad ,the staff need to be knowledgeable of the place where they work,I was looking for a couple stuff and could not locate it and every worker I asked could not tell me which aisle the goods was located ,I had to hunt down the manager.The same thing happened a few weeks ago when I visited Walmart in Green Acre.The first thing they should do is get acquired with the store and it's contents and the manager should not be the one to give the tour.
