BB's PLAYHOUSE — Attraction in New York

My dog is obsessed with other dogs and will completely ignore any humans that try to pet her or give her attention when there's another dog around, so it was no surprise that she absolutely loves BB's Playhouse because she gets to play all day. What WAS a surprise was that every time we see anyone who works at BB's walking any dogs (which happens often, we live on the same block), especially Tony or Richard, she will go straight to the person and say hello first excitedly, which won't happen in any other situation with another dog!

It's clear that BB's not only wants to provide professional and clean care to each dog, with updates and pictures sent during stays, but that everyone there just really, really loves every dog that walk through their door. I'm so grateful for their attention and for how just saying "BB's" to my dog can completely...

If you are looking for a clean, safe & friendly doggy day care/ boarding environment then look no further! We've been customers of BB's since they've opened and wouldn't want to bring our 2 year old Boston Terrier anywhere else. Owners, Richard & Tony - being dog owners themselves treat our furbaby like one of their own! The entire staff is so kind and trustworthy. We've brought our pup for both daycare and overnight boarding (ranging anywhere from 5-7 days) and she loves it, she knows when we are going! The BB's team will keep you updated on feeding, bathroom schedules and lots of playtime - the picture updates always put us at ease! Thank you BB's for being such a safe place & staple...

The only place I would ever trust to leave my pup at. The owners and employees here are tremendous. My pup LOVES coming here. She always gets super excited when she realizes we are going to BB's. They're also super responsive and keep you updated regularly. I moved out of the area but still make the drive over if I need my pup to be in daycare or boarding because I trust them that much....
