Where to start? About 2 months ago I hit my limit with the "Work from home" lifestyle. I spent the first month trying out every coffee shop & hotel lobby that Tik Tok urged me to work from for that "Entrepreneur Hustle Vibe". I soon realized all of them were packed with other people who had seen the same post... I knew it was time to look for something less crowded, more convenient and honestly more welcoming. I then spent two weeks on the hunt for the perfect office share... and not surprisingly this was as stressful and miserable as apartment hunting in NYC. Then I found the best situation, Bond in Greenpoint. Highlights - Commute: This is a 1 mile walk from most major residential neighborhoods in Williamsburg. But still in an industrial side of Greenpoint so you can find parking anytime. It is a 5 min walk from the bus and .5 mile walk from the G train....Also there is a bike room inside which is a major plus. Local restaurants: Amazing local food & Sandwich shops in the area. Highly recommend kimchee market on Greenpoint ave. Natural light: Most of the office shares in BK are in the heart of residential and commercial areas and natural light is limited. But the selling point of this location was the giant loft windows across the main room over looking a community green house and LIC. Office Amenities: Easy Access, Quick WIFI, Phone booths that are always open and a stocked kitchen with everything you would ever want... plus a super nice & helpful staff. 10/10... I do not normally write reviews but hopefully this will help others avoid the coffee shops & hotel lobbies.

Amongst the hustle and bustle of Industrial Greenpoint, we found this workspace gem of an oasis that is nothing short of WOW. When we first took a tour of The Bond Collective, Greenpoint, we were in disbelief at how beautiful the space was, all the amenities it offered and how personable and helpful Jeffrey (the Location Manager) was, as he gave us the walk through of the space and answered all our questions. We couldn't resist and took the opportunity to lease one of the office spaces to build our brands. Being here for a few months now, we are 1000% satisfied. Our private office is well designed with frosted glass walls. It strikes a perfect balance of allowing lots of natural light, and a feel of openness, while still giving us privacy from the other members walking through the corridors. We love the communal space. It allows us to get out of our office now and then, so we don't feel trapped in a cubicle. The kitchen/dining area is spacious enough to prep your own lunch, and provides us all the amenities from utensils, dinnerware, chilled glasses, ice and coffee. There is even a beer and kombucha tap. There are numerous private bathrooms and even showers if you're one of those that likes to hit the gym early and rinse before you start your work day. So many more amenities that I can't list them all here. Hands down the best part of being in this Collective is the community aspect and the unyielding work and effort Jeffery puts into this space to ensure it is comfortable, inclusive, and a place all the tenants and members are happy to be part of.

If you’re looking for office space in Greenpoint or WBurg, I’d highly recommend the Bond Collective. We cast a fairly wide net when looking to relocate our office from Williamsburg to a more professional looking shared office space. The thing that struck me first is how well designed, and how well maintained the space is — the space is gorgeous and kept very clean by the staff. But if we’re talking amenities, the conference rooms (pictured) are also beautiful, the tech in them works seamlessly, the kitchen is always stocked with snacks and fruit to make the office feel welcoming and there’s a full blown oven and high-end microwave in the kitchen as well. Jeffrey, the center manager is by far the best center lead I’ve interacted with in any shared office-type set up. He goes out of his way to create a welcoming community with white-glove level treatment and a genuine care for the experience of your team members. If you’re considering office space in the neighborhood, you owe it to yourself to check out this location and speak with Jeffrey, the way he treated my team members during the viewing was a driving force behind their vote for this space. Last point; we have a very large, impressive home office, but whenever international staff visit, they’re always super impressed by the space, and our customers who visit have also given us rave reviews on how cool our office looks.
