Taco Bell / KFC — Restaurant in New York

Not sure what is the problem with this location.. every time I come here, there is some issue. Went with a friend for takeout and had a bad experience again. Tried to order a bucket of chicken /8 piece at 6 pm on a week night. The server told me , that they were out of breasts.. How are you a restaurant that sells chicken and don't have breasts during dinner Time? Maybe it was just this one time ? Nope- many reviews say the same thing. The place was under staffed and not clean. Very slow service and many people waiting on line to pick up their food after paying. This is supposed to be fast food. So, their concept is being messed up.. maybe the owner/operator needs a talk from YUM brands, or a surprise inspection visit.

This is a tough one to rate as my last experience left a lot to be desired but my previous experience was much better. Both times they had difficulties getting my order correct as well as there's soda dispenser having limited to no soda available. The young lady that was the manager on my previous visit went out of her way to correct all the issues, not only for me, but for the other customers as well. The last visit? Left the whole lot to be desired. Even the cashier, I believe his name was Jeff, went out of his way to keep me from contacting any manager of the store, especially the GM. I want this to be better because Taco Bell is a guilty pleasure and it's disappointing that this location fails so badly. I've gone twice, and both times half the menu items seemed to be unavailable. The KFC had no wings at all on either visit. On top of that, I've never seen a Taco Bell this expensive in the city or outside of it, or in any other state. Usually you binge and it's an astounding $13-15 total, here it's going to be $27 for the same amount of food.

On top of all that, both times I was given wrong items, and both times I was given sour cream after requesting none. I never thought I'd miss the location outside Chicago that I grew up with, but...
