This was the worst Russian pedicure I ever experienced. They all do not understand any English so I used a translator.

I come at 5:20pm, rushing like she had to go home. She cut me while drilling, rushing so much she made her glove rip and made me bleed, so now it's sensitive and I told her not drill that spot, she did it, FIRST STRIKE (I'm being calm, and understanding) shes using the drill again harder and not being careful when I translated to her myself, now I asked for a person translator she explains 2ND STRIKE, I gave a tone but stern. Now she's doing my bottom foot, she's drilling harder and going fast and not being becareful 3RD STRIKE (your done, I'm OUT) I walked out and I got blocked saying I have to pay 40 dollars when she didn't finish one foot. I did NOT PAY. BUT I have money to pay for any service but service WHO WILL NOT LISTEN AND HURT CUSTOMERS AND I Repeatedly TOLD THEM with a nice concerning tone. There's no respect. This place is a gorgeous, squeaky-clean, hidden gem, with state-of-the art equipment and very friendly/accommodating staff. However, my reason for returning on a regular basis is one of the technicians--Regina. She makes the whole ordeal not just bearable, but actually pleasant. Let's face it, laser hair removal can be a bit painful and daunting. But Regina takes all of that away. She is super kind, caring, gentle, and patient---and almost makes you forget about the pain waiting for you. That is a unique talent that I wish more professionals and technicians embraced. I'm not sure how she does it, but I find myself chatting away, completely forgetting that I'm willingly subjecting myself to what feels like a thousand tiny rubber band snaps. Yes, there are countless laser places much closer to my home and therefore way more convenient. But they don't have Regina. She makes the trip—and the battle against unwanted hair—100% worthwhile. Regina is truly one of a kind and I think I would cry (or close to it) if...

Yesterday I went with a Groupon to get a microneedling. I was not aware that a Groupon for microneedling could only be used one time (I had already used one). I was not aware of this policy as in the past I’ve used purchased and used a Groupon spa service more than one in other spas. The lady was very rude and used a very disrespectful tone, saying that I already had used one, that she was the one that wrote the policy of only once allowed, that what they could do for me was a Hydrofacial (kind of like a favor?) If she would have just say that unfortunately I could not use it again for a microneedling, I would have just cancelled it and that’s it. The mistreatment of the staff left a lot to desire and a bitter taste to my Friday evening. The manager then texted me apologizing and offering me a free microneedling. No thank you, never again.
