Burlington — Attraction in New York

So I’ve gone to this location a few times and never had an issues but today at 7:15pm, there is only one employee working at the register so when the manager sees this they should know who I am referring to. She was extremely rude to me! She rang up my belongings she told me the price, I’m not gonna lie it surprised me so I needed to just make sure I didn’t get anything I didn’t need. Before I can even look she told me to “step to the side because she has other people” of course no problem at all I stepped to the side, so I waited clearly ready to finish my purchase, but she called another person. She didn’t ask if I was ready, she didn’t ask if I needed more time she just went on to the next person while I’m standing right in front of her waiting. So I said maam I was ready, she said “you didn’t say anything” I said I’m sitting right here waiting you didn’t even ask. I stepped to the side like you told me to. So she continued to ring up the other customer. Once she was done she said “are you ready” I looked at her and said “yes I told you I was ready” then she said something like you didn’t say anything I told you I have other people.. I told her I don’t even want anything anymore because she was being so rude to me. She shrugged her shoulders and said “okay”. I left everything right with her! Not sure I want to shop there anymore honestly. I know we go through things and we have bad days but you don’t take it out on innocent people who’s just...

Giving them one star is wayyyyyyyyy too much. They deserve absolutely the worst score they can get.

I went to the store today, and as soon as I walk in security comes from behind the counter yelling, “no!!! You can’t have a dog in here” I said he’s on my back, in a sealed bag, I’ve never had an issue, he said “no, you can’t have a dog in here at all, only if he’s a service animal” I said yes he is as a matter of fact, I have ptsd. Then the security guard is going to say, “no mam, do u have an ID proving this” I just looked at him and said he’s in a sealed bag, he provides a service to me, he’s on my back and out of the way. I’ve been here before never any problems. He literally just kept pointing at the door telling me no, you need to leave now.

I e never been more embarrassed at a store in my life. He was extremely loud, and very mean if it wasn’t for the panic attack I felt coming on, because everyone was staring at me as this was going on, I would’ve stayed and stood my ground. But just to make things even more awkward as I’m leaving they follow me out the door and wait for the door to close to point at the sign that says “no animals allowed” and proceeded to tell me, “see!!!” While pointing at the sign.

I will NEVER go into that store again, I will make sure to tell everyone I know and ensure they continue passing this on to everyone they know and they will also not be shopping at that store.

I love a bargain and Burlington is my best bet. I have been to so many different ones in NY and in PA. But this one … woooshhh it was already a mess when I went there on its third week of being open and I was upset because the line was long and only one cashier. Finally when another cashier came in to help she took one of the security workers ahead of the already loooong line. I was like REALLY!? And when I left all i could think was damn this place is ghetto. I suggest if you need something quick you will find what you need here and come early so you’re not on a long line. I think when you go late they are probably weary of people stealing which is why there are so many precautions over there and you wont find high quality items here so don’t even try. Its...
