Central Art Gallery — Attraction in New York

A nightmare. Dropped off one painting and two posters for framing, with a one-week timeframe. Cost was just under $500. Stopped by a week later, but the job hadn't been started, so I was given an estimate for another week, as it seemed like interior decorators for wealthy clients were the store's priority. Stopped by after a week, to find the the job still hadn't been started, so I asked to cancel. Owner hadn't yet arrived, so I came back ten minutes later to collect items, only to find one piece had been hurriedly framed, with the other two to follow. I asked for a partial refund, which the owner refused. I then asked for a full refund, which turned into a shouting match after he refused again.
