Nuts Factory — Local services in New York

Came here after having brunch near by and I was so hyped to see there was a whole nut factory. There have all these awesome flavors of nuts, chocolates and more. One worker there was trash tho. Ruined all the good vibes. I had a box with a few selections already and was trying one piece of the stuff I would be interested in and home girl was like nah, you gotta ask me for the samples. 1. I wasn’t trying EVERYthing. 2. It not like I wasn’t buying either cus i already had a container with treats. 3. There’s so many selections, you not about to have you follow me thru the store while I think and figure it out which one I wanna try, giving me anxiety lol. MEANWHILE, also helping other customers making me wait, for ONE piece of nut? What? There was like only two workers there and it got packed too. So like go to the register and ring people up and let me buy my stuff IN PEACE lol. I dead wanted to put back all my little nuts back in a random container so she could take them out one by one lol. I walked in on Monday mid afternoon and asked for information on the advertisement outside their door which said “Discover flavors from Dubai chocolate come in and try” I asked for a sample and the attendant told me they had ran out of them because it was such an interesting kinda chocolate they where flying out the door. I asked her to describe the chocolate flavors which she just continued to say it was extraordinary flavors and only had six plastic small boxes left, so I bought one to try out. The next day at 11:30 am my daughter and I decided to try it and it actually tasted like peanut butter normal chocolate at a very pricey cost! We shared one small square and decided to return it or just give us store credit and the manager (Helvita) whom was extremely rude told us that, she absolutely would not do that and about store policy’s. My boyfriend and I love the nut factory ! We go at least twice a month and we restock on our faves the Dubai chocolate and the 29.99 platters. Today I felt extremely uncomfortable at this location as my boyfriend and I was treated poorly by the lady working today. She followed us and also rushed us to hurry and checkout. Because we are loyalty members we know that you spin after spending $50. She was quick to let me know I couldn’t spin but my boyfriend can. My boyfriend and I were also deciding what to pay for since one was a gift for my friend. She rushed me to say “ what are you gonna do “ after .5 seconds of us speaking.
