Service had been okay the past two times I went here for a powder mani + pedi, but this last time it was terrible. I asked for a regular pedicure and the tech made me feel like I was a burden. She had me barely soak my feet in cold water (I told her it was cold so she then made it lukewarm). She didn't turn on the jets or put in any soap. Essentially just putting my feet in a bowl of cold water. That's not what I'm paying for! Then she didn't take off my previous powder properly with soaking them so she used the electric file on them the whole time. She wasn't mindful that it gets too hot and I had to keep pulling back my hands because it gets painful! She then rushed my powder mani so they're misshapen and uneven. The powder is starting to crack now after two weeks when this type of mani usually lasts a month when done properly. Super disappointed. Also they kept changing the prices on me and were rude when I asked them to explain the breakdown...

ROY is one the rudest nail techs I’ve ever experienced in my life. I had to repeat myself several times when talking to him. He pulled, jerked and yank my hands instead of speaking to me and telling me how to place my hands. Instead of speaking to me or asking some to translate he would just stare at me like I was supposed to guess what he was thinking. The owner was sitting next to him the whole time. If he needed to communicate something to me he could have done so through the manger. I’ve never felt so uncomfortable and mistreated at a salon in my life. I’ll never come here again and they don’t not follow proper nail protocol. ROY skipped several steps while applying acrylic. I came here to relax, not be mishandled and mistreated. I came in for a gel manicure and color change on my toes. The technician girl Kelly did not know how to apply the nail polish evenly. When I told her that she had missed a spot she added a third coat of nail polish which made the nail bulky and not even with the rest of the application. Note, she had already done two coats on my right so now three coats on the left?? Lazy work. She proceeded to catch an attitude when I asked her to redo the nail, talked about me in her language to others, and then stormed about looking for I don’t know what while tripping over herself.
