Chelsea Waterside Playground — Attraction in New York

The play structure are modern and sophisticated. There are two water area for older and younger kids, a climbing structure with a long slide landing in a visually clean sand pit. I would've given 5 star if not for the following COVID-related concern. During our visit there were a group of teenagers dominating the park without wearing masks. On top of that, about 50% of the parents took off their masks in the park. Also, the floor is very slippery, I've seen people of any age falling down while walking or running.
