Terrible customer service and I will make sure to never shop here again and let everyone know what I had to go through to get a refund of almost 400$ after their pricing error. Put in a order for 3 bottles of bourbon at 109.99$ On Friday October 2nd on their website . go to store on Saturday around 3-4pm give them my order confirmation number only to be given a slew of confused looks. They told me the order number didn’t exist. Went back on to their site to check if the 3 bottles were still up there to purchase them again thinking it was a credit card issue. Only to realize they were priced at 199.99$ now. 5 days later still no refund credited I call up aggravated was put on hold for 20 minutes then all of a sudden got a text message from the same number that sent the purchase confirmation number saying that the order was refunded on Tuesday the 6th of October. Instead of the guy getting back on the phone and saying we made a error and didn’t put in the refund he continued to go along with the lie and said that these refunds take a few days to process and when I told him no your lying I just finally got the refund message he proceeded to hang up in my face and then pick up and hang up the next 2...

My husband just tried to return a bottle of wine that was rancid… vinegar in all the wine glasses and had to be thrown out…. The worker said the owner would kill him for taking back an empty bottle of wine… my husband explained how do I bring wine that’s bad back in a bottle when it’s all been poured out… he said no… we had the receipt we had the bottle and wine is in the bottle my husband left with the worker… it’s a lie… either they treat certain people … better liquor stores accept the bottle when the wine is bad and return it to the company for refund… good wine shops do that… but not this place… they won’t EVER get our money again…. Lost a customer because of your horrible customer service … would be smart to shop elsewhere where they have knowledge as well as care for...

Compared to a lot of other wine stores, this one is located inside a former art gallery, so it has beautiful paintings inside and is very open and vibrant.

The selection is vast but organized and the store is aesthetically pleasing....
