I am long time regular customer of 14 years today had my worst experience. Today will be my last and I will voice my experience to family and friends so don't have through the embracement I had. If the rating system has negative rating I would give negative - 5 stars.
Today the cashier accuse me of steeling/shoplifting because the flower had the wrong price tag. The flower said $34.99 buy when I went back to the flower section check price rest of the exact same roses was marked $19.99. So I grabbed the one marked $19.99. I went back to register and the cashier accuses me quote "did you just change the price tag?" front of other customers accuses me of steeling. I was very upset angry, disappointed and extremely embarrassed. I told her no all the rest of the same flowers on the selve marked $19.99. She gave me a grimmy look and it even upset me more. So I told her follow me I will show you where I picked up that flower and pointed 5 other exactly same flowers with price tag $19.99 the there was the only one of them marked $34.99. Which clearly shows it was mistake from the store employee put the wrong price tag. After confronting she was wrong for accusing me for steeling she tries to defend herself saying she was just asking the question. Quote "did you just change the price tag?" She did ask a question but same time accuse me for shoplifting.
She was very rude, worst customer service I have ever experienced in the store, SHE DID NOT EVEN APOLOGIZE, when I confronted she was completely wrong for accusing me.
One of worker (Chinese man) asked me what happened so I him she is accusing steeling when your it's clearly the store mistake for putting the wrong price tag. Then tries to challenge me oh the the $34.99 are roses and the are more expensive. So I told him to follow me and I pointed to him the other one that marked $19.99 the exact same 5 other rose flowers marked $19.99 and asked him tell me what are is the difference. He then realized that he and the cashier was wrong. Then he tells me oh someone put the wrong price tag. Not surprising even HE DID NOT APOLOGIZE TO ME. If he was a manager then I feel sorry for the business because had no clue how to handle that situation.
I have worked and managed retail for many years and the way the employee accused me was very unprofessional. If the employee has doughts she should have checked the price her self or have someone check it. You don't accuse your customer front of people with out knowing the facts. After you are confronted of your and you know you was wrong the most obvious thing to do is apologize for your mistake. If she just said something like "I am sorry there was wrong price tag on that flower I didn't mean to accuse you" I would have accepted her apologize and get on...
Read moreTerrible management. I parked in the parking lot, went in the store, and bought $100 worth of groceries. As my mother and I were leaving, she went to Apna Bazaar next door because Ctown ran out of a product we needed, and I went to start my car to leave and pick my mom up in front of Apna Bazaar. As soon as I started my car, this man came up to my window and said he would have my car towed and started writing my license plate number down. He was so rude and started yelling at me that he saw my mother walk over to Apna Bazaar. I said indeed she did, and I am going to pick her up now. I showed him the receipt that I bought groceries and that it has not even been 5 minutes since my payment at the register. He was extremely rude, I regret I didn't just call the cops cause it was literal harassment. I will never go back there again, and I encourage others not to shop there. That's not how a business is run. Jealousy and lack of respect for their customers will certainly cause this place to shut down. I encourage everyone to go to the stores on liberty instead, which are much cheaper, and you have better customer service. I wish I could give this place...
Read moreTERRIBLE SERVICE & EXTREMELY RUDE TO PAYING CUSTOMERS!! Went here today and purchased $113 worth of groceries and stayed in the parking lot in my car while my mom went to Apna Baazar for less than 5 minutes. The man in the picture started writing down our license plate as we were leaving. When we asked them why and explained that we were in their store just a few minutes ago and showed our receipt, one of the staff said we could refund our items and that we’re not supposed to spend anytime elsewhere. Just goes to show how they don’t care about customers… manager is on a power trip wasting time overseeing parking. They need to make a proper sign or something because it literally doesn’t specify that I can’t spend 5 minutes in the neighboring store. Do yourself a favor and spend your money elsewhere!! Awful staff and...
