This location is the worst enterprise I ever had the privilege of dealing with. First off the only reason a car was rented here was because my personal vehicle was totaled in an accident due to another vehicle owner hitting my car. The original agreement was for the car to be used until 5/13. However, it was verbally confirmed that we would extend the car until June 2nd obviously because WE CURRENTLY HAVE NO PERSONAL Vehicle. This past week I received a strange call from a third party company representative that enterprise has been trying to reach us and havenāt had any success which is a complete lie because that same exact day. We called to confirm the insurance coverage with them because I was contemplating discontinuing my personal vehicle insurance because I wasnāt sure if I was ready to get another personal car. Anyway, the employee confirmed the coverage and never mentioned anything about a payment bouncing or them sending multiple calls. I would suggest hiring people who actually donāt screw up on the job and actually care to provide insight. Turns out the phone number they had on file was never updated when it was suppose to be. Done the same day the car was first taken. The āprivateā contractor was more understanding than these people and I have text messages proof with my conversation with...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreFive stars. One word: Kobe. Oh, another word: Exceptional. Kobe is an exceptional assistant manager and customer service representative for Enterprise. He smoothly navigated the extreme challenge of NO CARS AVAILABLE (it is a rental car place after all) on a weekend and made all those hoping for (but likely not getting š¬) a car feel seen and heard.
I said I would probably rent from Enterprise again and I believe it is largely because of the experience I had with Kobe. I'll be honest. The first person was new and it got escalated to the second person who unfortunately was not very empathetic and used the phrase "our customers" with me (as if I wasn't one?!?!). But, when Kobe came in, he listened, he skillfully juggled, he stayed empathetic, calm, and as reasonably positive as could be expected. All in the face of mountingly frustrated and angry customers.
Cue applause here! If you give bonuses for handling tough situations, Kobe should get a big one!
Thank you! A happy customer because of Kobe!
P.S. y'all need the functionality to notify reservations by text if there are no cars available and the reservation will be cancelled. Neither phone nor email can cut it any more. Also, don't let people book last minute (or at least warn them) if there is a shortage or LOW likelihood of...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThis place is inside a parking lot. It looks like they use some space inside the parking lot. It is not a commercial space like you may think nor will you find it easily from the street. There is a big sign for enterprise on the outside and you'll see where it will direct you into the parking garage. Once inside the employees are very nice and they make your experience a pleasurable one. They we set you up with a vehicle and explain everything to you. There becomes are a bit more modern, not old vehicles. You can rent for a many days as you want. You get unlimited miles and you get a speedy checkout. The place is small but clean, organized and there vehicles are clean as well. You can get insurance for the vehicle, you can go through the tolls, however, they will charge you afterwards. I believe there is a initial $4.95 and then the total of all tolls you incurred. You have to return the vehicle with the same amount of gas you took it or you will be charged for the gas. Petty much the same rules as any other car renting services. The only thing is that they are closed Sundays and on Saturdays the close early, so plan accordingly because you will get charged for the days you have the car. Other...
