Save your money and time, go to the dmv or a different location other than DMVSTOP located at Jamaica Ave. I’m extremely disappointed with the service. I paid for the registration service, $150 thinking I would have an “expedited” service for a registering a vehicle right. To put it a short, the service has not fast at all. The $150 was a complete waste of money and the service is a waste of time, had I kept my original DMV appointment I would have saved that money. For those continuing to read, this is my experience. I bought my very first used car recently for my birthday, an exciting milestone in my life. I purchased the vehicle on the 5th of June, I of course was excited to register the vehicle and finally be able to drive however the closest DMV appointment to register would have been on the 16th of June. So of course I’d look to DMVSTOP thinking I would have the registration completed sooner using their service, I was completely let down.I purchased their service on the 7th and it is currently the 23rd of June, and my registration is still being “processed”. To put it in perspective I paid their price of $150 to have an expedited registration service, again it is currently the 23rd and my registration is still being “processed“, had I not been misled by the “1 week average processing time” I would have simply gone to the DMV on the 16th and have my registration completely sorted for $150 less! DMVSTOP requires you to ship documents to their office and once they receive them you are required to pay now the DMV fees of registration, so $250 + the sales tax. Okay no problem, I did that happily by the 10th, documents shipped, payment sent, everything I needed to do was in order. I was informed via email on the 10th that the dmv would process my registration and this process would on average take 3-5 business days, again I can’t stress how frustrating this is, it is the 23rd of June and registration is STILL being processed, I question if my documents were ever sent, no confirmation of this was given when asked for it I was told that no tracking could be provided. Again I could have simply done this with the DMV on the 16th for cheaper and with more transparency.I really pushed off writing this review, this is actually my first ever review of anything but I’m just this frustrated. I believe anyone who takes the time to read this that and are thinking about going with DMVSTOP to truly reconsider. I fully paid for vehicle insurance and I’m missing out on this days I could been using my vehicle. I really worked hard for the vehicle and insurance and it truly is so very disappointing what service I purchased. I recently went in for my 3rd transaction with this company and I will continue to use them in the future. I have sent numerous people to them as well, and will continue to do so as they make dealing with the DMV so much easier, it is definitely worth the small fee they charge.

After trying to visit 2 DMV locations & getting fed up when I couldn't find any parking at all, I remembered seeing this DMV Express location while in the area. I decided to stop in & see how their services worked. I met with David (I believe) & his front office girl who explained to me the process thoroughly & made me comfortable with choosing to register my vehicle with their service. I went in on a Friday & my plates & registration were ready to be picked up the following Tuesday (it would have been by Monday if my insurance didn't mess something up). Okay I had a very horrible experience with dmv stop! This was the first time I’ve experienced any issues with dmv stop! The way they work is very inconvenient for their customers. Also, I wasted money on an expediting fee for the guy to tell me it would take 3-5 business days for my plates to come when in fact I paid a expediting shipping fee of $50 for 1 day delivery. What in the world did I pay the extra $50 for!!!!??? Also the lady that was calling was giving me the run around about issue with a space in my name! Even the insurance company said it seemed like the lady have a personal issue with me due to the simplest thing she was asking for.
