Please pay attention to the reviews, especially all of the one star reviews . Seems like nothing has changed for the past five years that these people really do try to hustle, you . It’s absolutely disgusting. I stopped coming here for a long time, because these people really do things under your nose to trick you to pay more money without even telling you until the end of your service. I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt and came back after months and I called in for a UV gel fill in. The UV gel fill-in always comes with gel color on top just like a manicure comes with polish . I have had my nails done at 3 other places to get UV gel and have been Charged $50 so I’m pretty sure that a UV gel fill in, is around that price everywhere. I’m calling to schedule my appointment and I am told $45. I come in tell them I’m getting a UV gel fill and they automatically give me a book for gel colors because that’s what supposed to come along with the fill in. Once my service is done I am told that my service is $68. I am so upset because they did this last time to me. They are once again very lucky that I didn’t flip out, done they don’t tell me that color is an extra $18 and cutting down. My nails is an extra five dollars , the five dollars I can manage but $18 extra for something that’s supposed to be included is ridiculous . I definitely don’t recommend coming here because I live in this neighborhood and I know many people have had problems with them doing this. it was a huge mistake to come back here after knowing how they...

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME!!! I took my autistic younger brother for a pedicure. He loves them and gets them often (super compliant and a sweetheart). They did his pedicure in under 15 minutes, didn't cut all of his nails, and left dirt under half of them. I didn't want to upset him so I didn't say anything till I got home and was able to call them. I tell them what happened and that I don't understand why the bare minimum of a pedicure wasn't done. They told me I should've told her to clean and cut his nails myself- he was there for a PEDICURE. Does that even make sense?! They proceeded to tell me and I quote, "Oh, maybe she was scared because he's special needs." I said there was absolutely no reason for that as he was happy to be there and thus, happily did whatever she asked of him. If you felt that way, I should've been told she didn't want to do the service beforehand. They said that I should've been the one to say something and they don't believe she didn't do a good job. I sent a picture of the nails and dirt I cleaned myself when we arrived home, she said no, that's not what I wanted to see. Lesson learned, never going back. Clearly they don't treat everyone fairly, sad to see that having autism prevents you from enjoying even a simple pedicure. (He's gotten pedicures many times before with no issues, it's something he enjoys doing for birthdays and special occasions. Truly sad that he had such a negative...

Predatory Business, Shakes down customers for money. Do not go.

Went the other day on a whim to clean up my hands for my birthday. Read the sign that stated...

Manicure: $14.99 Pedicure: $24.99 Mani+Pedi Combo: $37.99

After getting the manicure done with Lily (no polish or extras) I figured why not splurge and get the pedicure (again no polish or extras). She of course was excited as I would be spending more money, since it was my first time and birthday there she offer to do a massage on my feet and I thought why not. When the time came to pay she told me $60. What happened to the $37.99 listed on the board or the fact that you provide a service you claimed to be free? I didn't want any major issues so I gave her the $60 and then figure that would be the end of it. Her response "No tip?!" I gave her a $5 as I was disgusted. Then she had the audacity to say "no, 20" at this point I am just absolutely appalled. I hand her another $20 and ask for $10 back and she walks away saying "thank you, thank you" with the disingenuous smile we all know.

Don't go there, they will push you for extra cash after providing a service they claim to be free and not follow prices listed on the bored.

Robbed of $80 for a service that according to their own prices should have been...

Urgent, Urgent, Urgent I am extremely dissatisfied with the service I received at this salon in New York. I came in for gel nails, but the result is absolutely unacceptable. My nails are thick, uneven, and very uncomfortable — they are actually painful. This is far from professional quality and does not reflect what I paid for. When I expressed my dissatisfaction, instead of removing the nails as I requested, they only tried to thin them slightly, which did not solve the problem. I spent hours at the salon (from 1:30 PM until almost 4:00 PM) for this poor outcome, and even the color was not correct. I had specifically chosen a natural/nude shade, but what I received was completely different. Their explanation about “lighting reflections” was unacceptable and unprofessional. On top of that, I was forced to pay $126 in cash, since cards were not accepted. For such a high price, the service I received is absolutely unworthy. I am formally requesting a full refund and the immediate removal of these nails. If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will escalate the complaint to the appropriate consumer protection and business authorities without hesitation.

***This review is strictly for Mandy.**** She is excellent for powder nails. Very careful and takes her time to get it perfect… 1 STAR REVIEW: I had 2 other girls. 1 did powder. HORRIBLE! I had roots and a dent in 1 nail before I left. Mandy had to redo. Now this time, i decided to get a manicure. Emily did it and she actually did an ok job. Made me sat for 10 mins for drying it. 3 nails chipped 10 mins after i left the salon. I went back. Yvonne “fixed” those 3 nails. 45 mins of drying time. I have 1 chipped. They cake the base layer. Before this dries, they cake the nail polish - first layer. Then, again, a ton of polish for 2nd layer.. then before it dries.. top layer. For that much nail polish to dry, u would have to sit half a day! And it would still chip! In conclusion, $15 manicure will get you what you paid for. And honestly a lot of the girls here don’t know what they are doing. So, really 1 star for everyone else!

Wanted to get my nails done for wedding pictures and was in the area when I saw Feng Nails spa. I told Ada to do what she thought would look good (while keeping it simple) after I showed her my dresses and I could not be more obsessed with how it came out! She gave me extensions then did powdered gel with cat eye on top after and a simple design. I literally cannot stop looking at my nails. 11/10 would recommend!!!
