Flatbush Discount Liquors — Attraction in New York

The response to my prior review ignores the fact that a bottle for which they were paid was never delivered. They keep pointing to excuses, but the facts are the facts: They were paid and profited on an expensive bottle, and they seem more intent on blaming the customer than making sure the customer actually factually received the product. Furthermore, the person responding by phone and email was rather rude from the first contact. This store does not deserve to be rewarded for their behavior and attitude.

As you can see from their next response ("they have no reason to doubt" that Uber delivered the bottle that was never delivered), this store prefers to call their customer a liar ... And although they decide to do business with Uber, they will take no responsibility for whether the product arrives, and take no action if it doesn't arrive other than blame the customer. I usually order from this liquor store online, and they always go above and beyond with their service. Today, I decided to visit in person and was thoroughly impressed. The store is clean, bright, and has an excellent selection—a true one-stop shop for all your alcohol needs. The service was outstanding, and the staff were incredibly helpful. Highly recommend!

Update: OMG. I been looking all over for XXL wines, and they got it! I couldn’t see it first, but I asked and they showed me. The price is unbelievable!!! Now I am coming here everyday!!!!

Do not buy from this store. A friend ordered a birthday gift for me, but the delivery of bourbon was never received and the store has refused to help and generally ignored all communication. The delivery person's mobile app malfunctioned, and she would not hand the bottle to me. The store, which was paid for this, has decided to do business with Uber Eats, but will not take responsibility for delivery problems. In fact, the store claims the bottle was delivered. Maddening.
