Frozen Planet Yogurt — Attraction in New York

Decent froyo place but the owner/manager needs an attitude change. This guy has a permanent scowl every single time we see him. The rotating staff are very pleasant but him? You would think he'd be a little more personable but nooooooo. We've been coming to this place for years - enough times this summer for us to claim 4 free froyo from the buy 10 get 1 free (stamped business card). I got up to the register to get my cup weighted and it showed 9.6 oz. This guy literally said to me "next time make sure it's only 8 oz." Even after I said I'll pay for the excess. NEWSFLASH: I CAN PAY FOR IT. I've paid for enough product to avail the free ones 4x!

The final straw came today. It's primarily a kids place hence the cutesy penguins all over. You do NOT get to scold someone else's child no matter what. Bring it to the parents' attention and let them handle it. But don't worry, you wont be seeing us back there for a long long time, if it were up to me never. I'll post this review everywhere else so they see the kind of horrible person you are.

Btw, for those attempting to use current technology like apple pay, samsung pay, fitbit pay or whatnot look elsewhere coz their machine...

Decided to treat my family to Froyo, since the first and only time I went prior the experience was decent. Today was HORRID. I went with my sister and it took someone forever to ring up the order, while the yogurt was melting. By the time I was able to ring out, the handler decided that he didn’t know how to do the change correctly. I never got a receipt because his coworker threw out the receipt on the sly, but kept everyone else’s. Thereafter the manager, who’s rude, told me to tell HIM what the price was. I said I would never come back here after all this and he said he’s sorry to hear that but others don’t. Who would...

I love this froze yogurt place so much❤️. I live in Queens but I don’t mind going the extra miles. This place has great service, you’re greeted with smiles at all times. This place is also VERY clean, I’ve never visited and saw a dirty place. The bathroom is clean and there’s rarely any scraps on the floor. There’s about a dozen or even more flavors and LOTS OF TOPPINGS and couple cereal options. I’d recommend this place in a heartbeat if you want to get some froyo by yourself or even with your friends.
