Glen Oaks Shopping Center — Attraction in New York

I've been a resident about .6 miles from this place for almost 37 years. Every business here is a slam dunk, and I'm very picky. Very ample parking, clean and well staffed stores, plenty of Security patrolling the lot.. this is where you want to go for groceries, pet related items, McDonald's fans - The McDonald's here has perfect fries, fast friendly service, it's awesome. Burlington Coat Factory is absolutely massive, and they have not one but two pharmacies! Walgreens and the real star of this entire Shopping Center, Vitality Drug and Surgical.

I can't say enough about Vitality. I've been in need of prescription medication since I was 17, and these pharmacy techs are the absolute best in the business. Not just super friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly fast, no. The people at Vitality really do care about you and they really show it. Just for example, when my insurance gives me trouble every January because they update the formulary (which drugs are covered and which aren't), the staff at Vitality goes through the maddening process (1-2 hour hold times and many phonecalls required) of harassing my insurance company until they get a straight answer, then immediately call me to let me know what's going on. If they have to order a medication (highly unlikely), it's always in within 24 hours. They offer delivery, they have so many other services from wheelchairs to braces to CPAP and oxygen... This should be your default Pharmacy or Medical Supply store from now on, period.

I don't know why you'd go to any other shopping center unless it's super far...

This overall shopping center has had some recent changes but could still use some improvements. Lidl supermarket is there which I like, they've added a couple of new eateries. They should get rid of Burlington and bring in a Target - my opinion. But they'll never leave, it brings in lots of dinero. Taco king is gone. Tropical smoothie Cafe is new. Walgreens should go....they added the swim school which is cool, and a dermatologist too. This mall should be beautified. There's a small pathway with a garden area and seating that should be updated. It looks ignored and neglected all year round. I love the parking options, the lot is huge. But the shopping options are minimal. Definitely...

Everyone medical doctor over there my last doctor's appointment it was 10:00 a.m. in the morning doctor didn't allow us to leave until 1:00 in the afternoon gave paperwork to the doctor to fill out a short form to give me clearance to have a double MRI with sedation two weeks now I'm still waiting for it to be taken care of this is actually one of my first I believe bad experiences over there cuz then I had to wait for almost 2 hours for my transportation to come back and get me when I had it scheduled to be picked up between...
