Greyshot Arch — Attraction in New York

Five star experience. Just as my girlfriend and I were passing the arch, she pointed to a garbage can and said, "Raccoon!" I had never witnessed a live raccoon anywhere in the city. However, mere seconds later, a raccoon emerged from the trash can greedily clutching a piece of pizza (it appeared to be plain cheese). Having only encountered the less cultured country raccoon, I was prepared for the worst. Little guy just scampered over to a tree and had a nosh. People passing by barely fazed the critter. I failed to capture the raccoon coming out of the trash can, but pictures...

This emblematic area of Central Park with these two old bridges has been renovated recently, including it's public bathroom, and looks great! An Eagle rests on a tree branch in a quiet, clear sky afternoon painted by the colors of a far away sunset. Even though it is the middle of winter, mother nature brings the beauty of the season to blend with the ever rising buildings of the area.
