🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 10/10 – The Most Magical, Stress-Free Ride in Central Park with Matt and Strawberry! If I could give this experience 10 stars, I absolutely would. Riding through Central Park with Matt and his beautiful horse, Strawberry was hands-down one of the highlights of my trip to New York City. From the moment we arrived, everything felt calm, easy, and welcoming. There was zero stress — just good vibes, a gentle breeze, and the peaceful clip-clop of Blueberry’s hooves on the path. Strawberry is a stunning, well-cared-for horse with a gentle soul. You can tell she’s treated with love and respect, and she carries herself like royalty. What truly set this ride apart, though, was Matt. His voice? Next-level. Like something out of a nature documentary or a podcast you never want to end. He’s not just a driver — he’s a storyteller, a guide, and a natural narrator who brings Central Park’s history, hidden gems, and beauty to life with charm, humor, and real passion. You’re not just riding through the park — you’re experiencing it. This wasn’t a tourist trap — it was a soul-soothing, memory-making journey. Whether you’re a first-timer or a native New Yorker, you’ll see the park in a whole new way. Thank you, Matt and Strawberry, for the unforgettable ride. I’d do it again in a heartbeat. Don’t miss this one — it’s pure magic.

This was a bucket list for me to have a horse carriage ride though Central Park. That was ruined in seconds with the jockey started yelling at me.As a senior citizen I was intimidated by his loud voice body language waving his arms all around. Blaming me for being late , when I was early and he wrote down the wrong contact information for our cel. I wouldn’t took this ride alone but my friend ensure it would be ok Within minutes the beauty of the park and city took over the bad first impression but not long afterward when we stop for pictures the jockey almost got into a brawl with the competition. Now in complete shock and on our way he continue with his rage and blocks the competition carriage . This was the worst part of my first time in New York , but brushed off my experience and moved on. The rest of my trip in nyc was even better than expected . My friend wrote a review only to be contacted by the jockey with profanity and harassment. We prepaid and reserved three carriages for a specific time. Even though we arrived on time, they nonetheless sent the carriages off with other patrons. (We also confirmed our reservation with them earlier in the day and we were in communication with them by phone right up until we arrived.) Of course we complained when they sent the carriages off with other patrons, but the owner/manager was unapologetic and dismissive. He told us to wait over by the park and they would be able to take us in 20 minutes. He also reminded us that the confirmation email said we could be delayed by 20 minutes. We felt like we had been scammed. The patrons that went off in our carriages did not have reservations as did we - this was confirmed by our driver. It appeared that because they already had our money, they had little incentive to honor their commitment for the prescribed time especially when they could squeeze in another few fares while we waited. Because it was such a frigid night and we had to wait another 20 minutes, we never could seem to warm up even though they provided us with blankets in the carriage. Also the driver, while friendly and informative, was very...
